Villa Torcal 1 has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, large living-dining room, independent and fully equipped kitchen. The pool can be heated on request (at a cost). WIFI, fireplace, pellet fireplace. There are 2 large terraces with a large barbecue and parking for 3 cars.
Pet is welcome,with a cost.

The villa is sunny from morning until evening.!!
Less than 5 minutes walk, you will find 2 restaurants, and 5 minutes drive the Moorish village of Comares.
Torre del Mar beach is a 30 minute drive away,
Málaga is 40 minutes away by car.
The cost of the heated pool is €190 per week. Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15.
A deposit of 500€ will be requested upon your arrival payable by credit card (in case there are damages in the house), refundable 7 days after your departure.
Pets are accepted subject to acceptance and there is a cost of 50€ per animal.
Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.


For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
