Horrible nonexistent communication.
From the beginning it was awful. Zero communication & confusing instructions on how to enter the apartment. I was told there were no keys & I had to sneak in the first door upon arrival. There were keys in the apartment afterall & if I didn’t take use them I would have never been able to get in the door downstairs. 2 adults for 4 nights/5 days at double the price I saw on their website after getting there. We were given 2 towels & a half a roll of toilet paper. No way to wash it dry dishes or hands in kitchen. No instructions on how to use the clothes washer/dryer. The hot water heater kept faulting & I had to figure out on my own how to reset it. The floor was not clean. The shower was a fall hazard due to angled slippery floor. The pillows were just lumps in a pillowcase.The rooftop was NOT what it appeared in pictures. The chairs were not even clean or set up. The pool was filled w/ sand & I think was being used to wash a dog. There was no railing to the stairs leading up to the rooftop, very unsafe. The host never responded to my questions during my stay & then the day before check out literally as soon as my foot hit the floor getting out of bed (so I suspect cameras in the house) he called my phone multiple times, sent someone to the door & emailed VRBO claiming I had not paid though I was never given any way to make payment prior & no responses to my questions. All of these payment demands occurred within 10 minutes of waking & I still had another night…MORE
