In the heart of the old town of Cádiz, close to a multitude of shops and good bars and restaurants, it has all the equipment to make your stay unforgettable. Carnivals and Holy Week will be unforgettable enjoying the groups and processions from their wonderful balconies.



85 m2 apartment on floor 2 with elevator and with capacity for up to 4 people. The apartment has a beautiful living room with beautiful balconies overlooking the central Plaza de San Agustín, 2 bedrooms equipped with two comfortable queen size beds where you can rest freely, bathroom and hairdryer and a practical kitchen with dishwasher and fryer where you can cook fried fish in the purest Cadiz style.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made. In the house you will also find an iron for clothes and a vacuum cleaner.



Do not hesitate, this is the perfect accommodation for you and yours.

Perfect home for staying in Cadiz center, easy to get the key at the offfice. Very good equipped with pots and pans for cooking, we did not because there were to many good Tapas Bars and Restaurants.

Modern, spacious apartment with good facilities and plenty of towels and linen. Great location. There was no high chair for our 10 month old baby so we asked for this when we arrived as we were staying for 3 weeks. They quickly provided this which was a great help. Regular check ups to see if everything was ok. A few items for the beach could be placed in the apartment ( beach towels, umbrella )

La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por el centro de Cádiz. Permite disfrutar del corazón de Cádiz con todas las comodidades. El apartamento es muy amplio, tanto salón-cocina como dormitorios. La cama era muy cómoda. Y tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea como en tu propia casa. Sin duda un apartamento de 10. Además con buena atención online en todo momento para cualquier necesidad. Lo único que pondría como mejora es algún tema puntual de limpieza, como en el secador de pelo o campana de la cocina. Pero son cosas muy puntuales.

Localização boa Quem vai de carro tem parque pago a cerca de 100m Não gostamos da advertência dos vossos serviços em relação a um armário que estava aberto e referiram que nos abrimos. Também poderiam mudar de toalhas quando tem estadias superiores a 6 noites O chuveiro tem pouca pressão, pelo que referimos esse problema e disseram que era normal

PERFECTO. Centrico, decorado con mucho gusto y equipado con todo detalle.

El apartamento estaba perfecto, parecia que lo hubieramos estrenado nosotros. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia muy agradable. Destacar también el buen trato de las personas que nos atendieron en la oficina. Esperamos volver pronto. Me sabe mal decir nada negativo, ya que estuvimos superbien pero por decir algo: - Sugerir que se avise a los inquilinos, de que la preautorización de la fianza, se debe hacer con targeta de crédito, nunca de contado. - El lugar donde se encuentra el diferencial de la luz, es un poco peligroso, ya que se debe descolgar un espejo.
