These cluster of seaside holiday homes provide spacious seaside holiday accommodation close to Clare's Wild Atlantic Way. The open plan layout and style of the kitchen, dining area and living room area is an ideal space for an enjoyable holiday together. A new fridge-freezer had just been added to the kitchen. French doors lead out to a patio on the ground floor, a great space for outside dining. Moore Bay Holiday Village 18A has 3 bedrooms and sleeping 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor:-Open plan kitchen-Dining area-Living room -Patio door leading to outside diningProperty layout –First Floor:-Bedroom 1: double ensuite with shower sleeping 2 -Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2-Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1There is a playground onsite for the children. Parking is available onsite.This house gets lots of sunshine at the front and back until late in the evening because of where it's located.Local area & Tourist Attractions
Kilkee is a small but vibrant coastal town on the west coast of Ireland, midway between Kilrush and Doonbeg. The town is popular as a seaside resort, surrounded by dramatic scenery and a range of outdoor and indoor activities. 1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.3. Towels:Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).4.
