Sea View House for 8, huge garden and terraces, just a few metres from the sea
The house 'Villa Tita de Manresa' is only 100 meters from the sea and in a short distance from some cozy sandy and charming beaches such as Manresa, Sant Pere or Sant Joan.
This villa is located in a small, quiet and charming residential area; Perfect base for a vacation to relax and unwind, away from mass tourism.
The house is built on 2 levels. A large terrace with dining area and some hammocks will welcome us. From there we can access the house. It has a cozy living-dining room very bright, a fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace and back balcony. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bath, one en suite.
On the first floor we will have another 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom, and another with two twin beds. A complete and independent bathroom would complete this first floor.
The villa has a private garden, WIFI, flat screen TV.
If you are a fan of nature, Mallorca's largest natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are a few kilometers away. There are a lot of hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix ..

Charming villa with fantastic view
We had a great vacation in the villa. It has a really nice antique charme, a couple of interesting quirks and a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners are also very kind and help as much as they can.
Reaching the villa itself is not that easy though. It is located in something like a "gated community". You either need your own car or a taxi/transport that gets you there. For us that was perfect, because we wanted the peace and quite during our stay. But be prepared to drive around a lot if you want to go shopping or grab a bite to eat.
There are 3 beaches in "walking distance". But the one closest (3 min walk) is quite small and during our stay was full of algae. The other two are much nicer but you have to walk some more (10+ min). In general we enjoyed our stay and can really recommend the villa for those who want a quiet place to escape their busy lifes.

Excellent villa next to the sea
+ huge house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths
+ large garden, always partly shady
+ terrace & gas BBQ
+ 3 different beaches nearby
- Manresa is calm, maybe a little too calm (next shops, bars, restaurants are 10 - 15 Min walk away)
