Family villa with private pool located in a residential area in Mal Pas, two minutes from the sandy beach. The house has a large and modern kitchen next to the dining room and a living room where you can rest, there are also three fully equipped double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has a swimming pool where you can relax or play with the children.
It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate beach of Manresa and 5 minutes from Playa de la Victoria, a delightful pebble beach. The location of the house allows you both to enjoy the small and intimate beaches that have been mentioned above and the beach of the long and lively promenade of Puerto de Alcúdia, since it is only 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic center of the town of Alcúdia where there are beautiful walls. In Alcúdia you can find a large number of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, kiosks, hairdressers, hardware stores, shops...
