Great stay

The stay was great. From the first moment the contact with Guiseppe was very pleasant. He was always there when we needed him, even when someone needed medical attention. Very nice. The house is lovely, the village is very nice and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely come back next year!

perfekter Gastgeber mit hervorragender Ferienvilla

Ein paar besonders erwähnenswerte Punkte: -Giuseppe war einfach der perfekte Gastgeber. Immer einen Tipp parat (Ausflüge und Restaurants und vieles andere) - Das toll eingerichtete geschmackvolle Ferienhaus liegt zentral aber trotzdem ruhig am Ortsrand -Hervorzuheben ist auch besonders der große saubere Pool und das sehr gepflegte Anwesen - die Zimmer sind alle recht kühl, sehr sauber und gut riechen -Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ausreichend vorhanden -parken auf dem Grundstück für bis zu 4--5 Autos -das Restaurant Casa Giannino unbedingt besuchen (30 min mit dem Auto) und das Agritourismo in Laufweite (1km) -ein Eis und Frühstück am Piazza Medici bei der netten Dame im Cafe ist auch ein muss Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen, vielen Dank Giuseppe

This was our family house, which we restored with love and rent now in exclusive use. We live nearby, and can be at hand for any need.

Why they chose this property

The house is large, comfortable, the garden and the views are really amazing. And in 5 minutes walking you are in the central square, for a cappuccino or a aperitivo, or just a walk along the city walls...No need to use your car for reaching shops, bars, restaurants... but we strongly recommend you to have a car to be able to explore the surroundings and visit the many beautiful towns and places around us.

What makes this property unique

The small town of Fivizzano has all services, while remaining a easy to live ina nd quiet place. Mountains at 30 minutes, sea at 45 minutes... the logistic is great!
