Family half term getaway

Fantastic lodge. Spacious and modern with everything you need! Ideal location for exploring so many locations you can visit like Exeter, exmouth, sidmouth all relatively short drives away! When we arrived we was greeted by the hosts Adrian and his wife who couldn’t have been more welcoming! They went out of there way to ensure we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

August Summer break 2023

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Haldon Forest Lodge early August, it had every amenity you would need for a holiday. Having the nearby shops was a bonus for any forgotten items of food, BBQ coal etc. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome from day 1 and were on hand for any issues should they arise (which they didn't) We would recommend this lodge for any couple or family up to 5-6 people - 5 stars

Amazing

not sure where to start. The lodge was beautiful, fully equipped, spotlessly clean and in a lovely setting. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The hot tub was hot and clean. Very relaxing place to be, got to see the Deer from the deck. Lots to see and do in the area if inclined. Great location for visiting the Moors or the coast, about a 30 min drive to the coast. Lots of places to eat in the vicinity although not walking distance.

This lodge was 1st class,furnishings,cleanliness and condition. The owners were always on hand if we needed them,it was so quiet and peaceful. I cannot rate this lodge highly enough

"Simply Magical"

Tucked away, in beautiful surroundings, the owners are clearly passionate in providing a wonderful experience for guests. The hot tub was immaculate and simply magical in the evenings after visiting local attractions, so much was the pleasure of staying at Haldon forest lodge, the TV never went on once!
