Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with sea views in Los Cristianos. Located in an exclusive residential complex with swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts. A few minutes drive from the beach and its pleasant avenues, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. With a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets and a parking space, this house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.

It is ideal for families and couples, as it has capacity for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace with sea views and Internet Wifi With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pools, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, Internet Wifi <10mb/s, sheets and shower towels, crib, high chair, parking space, elevator, tennis and paddle court and swimming pool.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Lovely pool area although sunbeds uncomfortable, no cushions. Information sent needs updating, difficulty in finding contact with keys although once we found her she couldn't do enough for us. All in all a good stay

Location not good,steep hills down to town,need taxi down and back,apartment not very clean,sunbeds broken,no parasols by pool,very disappointed.

Mountain and sea views

Stayed at the apartment for a week. Had everything we needed including two bathrooms. convenient parking in basement below. Views of the hills to the rear and views of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Check in was seamless. The place was clean and tidy. Only downside was no aircon. But electric fans were provided for each room. Would definitely recommend this apartment as it was close enough to the town for shops and restaurants especially by car but far enough away that it’s wasn’t loud in the evenings.

Très bon séjour à Los Cristianos

La location est conforme aux descriptifs. La résidence est propre, calme et sécurisée. Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées sur les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle notamment les couverts en trop petite quantité. Pour des personnes ne disposant pas de véhicule, la situation de l’appartement sur les hauteurs de Los Cristianos , rend les déplacements vers les activités du bord de mer ( plages, restaurants) assez difficiles au retour compte tenu de la forte déclivité de la route. Le dernier point concerne la terrasse qui serait parfaite si les pigeons ne séjournaient pas au dessus occasionnant des salissures. Merci à notre contact sur place disponible et efficace.
