The master king bedroom with a bathroom is located on the first floor and upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 queen beds.

Ideal location of property. Very close to beach access. Space for 6 family members. Open common space downstairs - open concept which was great to play games and hang out. Very clean unit. Wonderful for a long weekend!

Ideal place for family and close friends to share. Ample counter space in kitchen, large dining table, all as pictured in the listing! The king bed is comfortable and just a bit bouncy. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Getting in and out of the development was convenient with the provided passes. Beach access five minutes away on foot.

Another Wonderful Vacation With TideLife

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to Litchfield/Pawleys Island area for about 25 years. Until 2021 we rented from another company. Their facilities became not well maintained and actually quite dirty over the last 4 years. We found TideLife summer of 2020 when we had had enough of the mismanagement and untidiness of the previous facility. The place we rented in 2021 through TideLife is SO CLEAN AND NICE! TideLife staff are super to work with. We naturally rented through them again this year and plan to rent twice next year. You honestly can’t go wrong using TideLife Rental!

PALMETTO BUG PROBLEM

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been staying at LBTS for > 15 yrs and this is the first time we had a problem with Palmetto Bugs. Not just 1 or 2 bugs which are typical, this unit was not exterminated and we had a bad experience with roaches all over (bathroom sink, kitchen, tv room, bedrooms, etc.). This issue was very disappointing as the unit was beautiful and recently updated. After reporting this problem to the rental company, we waited 4-days for the exterminator to finally come and spray.

We have been to Litchfield about 25 times but where we were staying kept cutting corners; especially with cleaning. My husband has allergies and we left early the last two years. With Tidelife they found the perfect place for us. It was extremely clean and maintained! We definitely didn't want to leave. Tidelife you have our business for a long time to come! A family owned business that cared about every part of our stay... we truly can not thank you enough! All these comments are very genuine, you will not regret working with them!
