Two weeks in Alcudia

This is a lovely villa with tennis court. Accommodation is very comfortable with lots of space. Any questions or issues were dealt with very quickly and efficiently Location is good, with supermarket not far and Alcudia old town and port within 20 minute walk. We may well return.

Wonderful villa

The villa was excellent. A car is an advantage. The access was very narrow lanes though. Alcudia town was a 10-15 minute walk away with good supermarket and eating places. Would recommend.

Traumhafter Urlaub. Die Ruhe ist mit nichts zu bezahlen. Dazu der Pool mit Blick auf die Berge und der Tennisplatz lassen keine Wünsche offen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Präsentkorb mit Kleinigkeiten, um die Ankunft bestmöglich zu vereinfachen. Super war auch die Möglichkeit am Abreisetag etwas länger als eigentlich vorgesehen in der Finca bleiben zu können. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir versuchen immer, kostenlose Late Check-outs zu ermöglichen, wann immer es unsere Belegung zulässt — denn am Ende sind wir Menschen, die sich um Menschen kümmern, und wir wissen, dass solche kleinen Gesten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen.

Wir waren zu Sechst und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief stets perfekt. Das Haus liegt etwas ländlich, rund 15-20min fußläufig von Alcudia Zentrum. Es bieten sich schöne Wanderung oder Radtouren an. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit Pool lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Wenn wir etwas verbessern müssten, empfehlen wir ein neues Besteck-Set und (in Relation zur Größe der Unterkunft) einen etwas größeren Fernseher für Schlechtwetterphasen.Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr (!) zufrieden.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Location

Wir haben die Villa nun schon zum zweiten Mal besucht und waren wieder begeistert! Das Haus hat alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden (3 Paare) brauchen: 3 Doppelzimmer mit Bad en Suite, geräumiger Wohnraum, eine etwas rustikale, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und einen tollen Pool mit genügend Sonnenliegen. Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen der schöne Tennisplatz! Alcudia und Port d'Alcudia sind fußläufig bequem in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass einem Einkaufbummel, einem Stand- oder Restaurantbesuch ohne Auto nichts im Weg steht. Und der Service von Mallorca Holiday Properties war auch wieder hervorragend. Danke dafür an Jose Luis, Xisco und Froydis! Die Filter-Kaffeemaschine ist etwas träge (Brühvorgang setzt ständig aus). Vielleicht wäre hier mal eine Neuanschaffung hilfreich. Sonst alles bestens!

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Location

Die Beschreibung der Lokation entsprach bis ins Detail der Realität. Die Villa war umfangreich ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig (und gleichzeitig zentral) gelegen. Sowohl die Altstadt von Alcudia als auch Strand und Hafen von Port d'Alcudia waren in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war vor und während des Aufenthalts hervorragend. Kleine Mängel wurde noch während des Aufenthalts abgestellt, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können die Location wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Finca mit gutem Ablauf

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Es war sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Einzige was schön gewesen wäre, wäre eine Flasche Wasser zur Ankunft gewesen, da wir sehr spät angereist sind.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Blick

Villa sehr sauber und ordentlich, sehr schöner Weitblick von der Terrasse über die Kirche von Alcudia ins Gebirge, schöner Pool und Grillplatz, toller Tennisplatz, alle 4 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und eigenem Bad, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum, sehr freundliche und pünktliche Einweisung. Innsgesamt uneingeschränkt sehr zu empfehlen Etwas mehr Beschattung am Pool wäre super, auch eine zusätzliche große Pfanne wäre schön (aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten)

Excelent stay! To repeat!

Definitely one of the most beautiful and complete villas and experience that we have lived. The villa is perfect for families as it has a large pool where our children have spent most of their time. Both Lenka and Joan have been very attentive to our needs. They have recommended us good restaurants, boat routes, excursions. Of course I have to emphasize the tennis court! It has been wonderful to be able to play tennis during our stay, it has also been entertainment for our children. Again, thank you so much Mallorca Holiday Properties you are excellent.
