Apartment with magnificent views of the sea, the beach and the Medes Islands is on the sixth floor with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Double room with views of the sea and the median islands from the bed. Living room with sea views from the sofa. The sofa is not a sofa-bed. One person can sleep. There is an extra folding bed that can be placed in the living room or in a bedroom. Large dining room. Second bedroom with two single beds. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, hob and washing machine. Bathroom with shower. Parking in the same complex. Community pool for adults and children. Community tennis court. Playground within the community grounds. Free WIFI, smart television with, connexion to Netflix if the client has accounting, Basketball court and butbito in the community area. Direct exit to the avenue that leads to the beach from the community area.
