There is A / C (Optional use, cost of €30 per week), washing machine and dishwasher.
In Catalonia there is a tourist fee that we have to charge to our guests (it will depend on the number of days and people)

Super house, great beach

We had a very nice time in Estartit. We enjoyed the sun, the beach, the sea, the food and the wonderful house. The holiday home is very close to the beach. So we always interrupted our beach days at lunchtime to relax in the house. And Ricard is a friendly and helpful host. He showed us around the town and gave us lots of restaurant and excursion recommendations.

Lage und Umgebung sind fantastisch. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kinder hier. Alles geklappt, nur die einzige kleine Problem war abends manchmal laute Musik von andere Hotels gekommen.

Séjour agréable!

Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour en famille dans cet appartement situé à quelques minutes de la plage, sur la Costa Brava où nous avons passé 2 semaines. L'appartement était très propre et bien entretenu, offrant le confort nécessaire. Il est situé dans une rue assez calme, parfaite pour se détendre. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse. L'appartement est également à proximité du port qui est assez animé. On y trouve des restaurants, des glaciers et quelques boutiques. Le propriétaire nous a très bien reçu, à été très disponible et réactif quand nous avions des questions. Il a eu la gentillesse de nous fournir quelques bonnes adresses et recommandations locales.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Beginnend mit der gesamten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis hin zur Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Ricard´s Eltern begrüßt, die uns das Haus gezeigt haben. Bei späteren Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten konnten wir uns immer an Ricard wenden und haben auch schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat einen kleinen Garten mit einem Autostellplatz. Das Grundstück selbst ist umzäunt und abschließbar. Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand, Supermarkt, Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Hafen und verschiedene Restaurants/ Pizzerias. Da das Haus neben einem großen Hotel steht, hört man nachmittags und abends die dort laufende Musik, was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. Danke nochmal an Ricard und seine Familie.

Was für ein schöner Urlaub

Was soll ich sagen... es war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und Ricard ist einfach ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an ihn wenden und haben prompt Antworten und Hilfe bekommen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns super, da wir komplett ohne Auto zurecht gekommen sind. Die Ausstattung war toll. Wir haben uns einfach wohlgefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen. Danke Ricard!

Very nice home (house) with a lot of space

We (3 friends) booked the house because of the 3 bedrooms, and the location in l'Estartit. It's a very nice and fully equiped house: even toiletpaper and oil & vinegar whera present. We liked the wide bedrooms - with double beds - and the 2 bathrooms. All clean, as the kitchen is too. The centre of l'Estartit is only a few minutes walk (and there is even a bakery, supermarket and pizzeria in front of the street). The landlord is outstanding; speaks English and is reachable by mail, phone and WhatsApp. Our stay was his concern! The parking lot on private property is a real advantage (necessary in summer season!) and the garden was pretty convenient for washing and drying our diving gear :-) We will book Ricard's house again for a next holiday. No remarks? Yes, there are no beer glasses in the house ;-)

Agréable séjour pour Noël

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, dans une ruelle calme (mais tout l’Estartit était calme en cette période). La plage est à deux pas, avec sa jolie vue sur les îles Mèdes. Le séjour est lumineux et agréable, avec une petite terrasse sympa. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, avec des rangements dans chacune. Petite cuisine correctement équipée. Merci à nos hôtes !
