Amazing Direct Oceanfront Views - Recently Updated End Unit at Seaside Villas I

This recently updated (new floors, doors, paint, mattress, etc.), fully furnished, direct oceanfront villa is an excellent location in Seaside Villas I for a romantic getaway or a beach vacation. It is a 2nd floor corner unit (#226) that is in a prime location on South Forest Beach and short walk to shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. There is a 180-degree beautiful and unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean from your private balcony. You can watch the waves roll in while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on your private balcony. (Check out all the photos that I took from the balcony!).

The villa has been completely updated and includes a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, and ceiling paddle fan in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a stainless steel full-sized refrigerator.

The villa is perfect for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people as the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress topper. There are multiple cosets to store your things.

The living room has plenty of lights, a ceiling paddle fan, and a flat screen TV that includes many popular cable channels. You can also watch movies in the living room on the DVD player.

Seaside Villas I also has a pool with chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. There is also an elevator and a coin-operated laundry room on each floor for your use.

You can enjoy the sun from Seaside Villa I's sundeck near the beach that is available for your use as part of Seaside's amenities. If you want to relax, you can also use the community swing that is located near the sundeck.

Seaside Villas are located in heart of Hilton Head Island on South Forest Beach. It is less than 1/4 of a mile from Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza is a major shopping and eating location on Hilton Head Island. You can walk there from the villa in less than 10 minutes. You are also within a mile of many additional shopping and eating establishments. Also, you are less than a mile from the Ocean Gate entrance of Sea Pines where you can visit the South Beach Marina, Salty Dog Restaurant, Harbour Town, and enjoy hiking, sightseeing, biking, golfing, shopping, and eating at local restaurants.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the villa or balcony.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 people including all children.

An electronic door lock is used to facilitate your ease of entering and exiting the villa without keys. Each renter will receive a unique entry code.

PLEASE NOTE - Although my policy is a three-day minimum, there may be a few select dates that end up as one or two-day rentals. These are currently available as single night rentals on the calendar. Check it out!!

Upon your departure, place all dirty towels in a pile in the shower. If you used the sleep sofa, place the used linens from the sleep sofa in the towel pile.

Overall the stay was great. We had a few check-in issues that were handled immediately. Directions were clear and responses were fast and friendly. Tip: bring extra paper products if you are going to be there for more than a few days as they only provide starter products. Location was good and community was safe and friendly. Kitchen was nice, wish they had seasonings so we didn’t have to buy new ones on vacay. If you plan to use the pullout couch make sure to bring extra blankets as there is not an extra one, only sheets.

The view is stunning. The beach is steps from the condo. The condo is well equipped and modern, easy walk to Coligny Plaza. We were there for the golf tournament with bus pickup at Coligny, so it was perfect. Host is fantastic!!

Excellent stay

The location and ocean front view of this property cannot be beat! The porch overlooks the shoreline and is the best afternoon hangout spot or place to drink your coffee in the morning. The king size bed is a major bonus and the property had everything we needed, including ample amount of paper products, bath towels, and beach chairs and umbrella. The coin laundry was easy to use and the building elevator was a nice convenience. We also appreciated the covered parking! The property manager had excellent communication and was easily reached before and throughout our stay. This property is a short walk to all of the local shopping and restaurants, in addition to the beach. We loved it here and look forward to returning in the future! Highly recommend this place!

Great location

The location is fantastic! Facing the ocean from the balcony was great. We really enjoyed the balcony and views. Close to many restaurants and of course, Coligny. I think the only negative is that the unit could have been a little cleaner. Nothing emergent, but unit could use a deep clean. And adding more pillowcases for all of the pillows would have been good, too. Nice unit for the price with great location.

Absolutely amazing!

This condo was far above our expectations! Michael was so easy to communicate with and made sure everything was as it should be for our stay. The do so itself was perfect for my our “Empty nest” vacation. The view…oh my word! It’s an amazing view, with a good breeze and the sound of the ocean. The access to the beach is also great. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The AC is in the living room, but fans are provided to help move the air and quite frankly, we slept for cool and very well. We absolutely plan to come back to HHI and will stay in the unit again. We loved every minute of our stay!

Beach Front, Beach View, Beach Bike and Walk

Just what we were looking for - the beach, the view, the biking and walking. Our unit at Seaside Villas had a lovely deck with an excellent view of the beach - close enough for viewing with a little distance for peacefulness. There is easy access to the beach for bikes, and the beach is the best biking. The bike paths are great, too - shady, we’ll maintained and relaxing. Location is also close enough to stores and restaurants. We biked wherever we needed to go. We discovered the South Carolina Coastal Art Center and caught an excellent show! Our unit was comfortable and provided for all our needs. For a smaller unit there’s plenty of storage and the ceiling fans kept us comfortable enough so as not to use the air conditioner at all. We walked and biked every day and still felt completely relaxed. That’s vacation!

We chose this property because we love Hilton Head. Also, our unit is a corner unit and allows for a wider direct ocean view. It is stunning! This particular property is ocean front and close to Coligny plaza so you are right in the middle of the action. Also, South Forrest beach is a wonderful destination and we just love riding our bikes up and down the beach as well as into Sea Pines.
