We loved our stay and could not have been any more happy with the location and the cleanliness.Mattis the property manager met us at the property and was just fabulous.Wonderful property and a definite 10 stars!!
A clean, convenient location with wonderful hosts, and easy access to Roma Termini, the Metro, taxis, and buses. We had a great stay and enjoyed this property very much.
This flat was very clean and a great location with easy access to the metro and trains. AC worked very well and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
A lovely stay in this beautiful location. Villa was very clean and spacious enough for our 2 couples.
Very serene and welcoming.
Only suggested improvement would be including a microwave oven and a few more cooking utensils.
The apartment met our expectations, everything we needed and location to train station couldn’t have been better! Communication with host was excellent and highly recommend this listing. Our family consisted of 6 adults and we had plenty of room!
This flat was just what we needed. Close to the train station lots of options for food and supermarket was close. The host provided everything we needed and provided excellent communication throughout the process.
The VRBO was everything we needed to be able to explore Rome. Amazing communication, location is easy to get to with luggage from airport, easy walk to the Metra, amazing Italian right outside our door at Pizzeria Andrea.
The apartment is really easy to get to, and due to its close proximity to the station, getting around Rome and to other parts of the region/country is easy too. We chose to walk however used the train to and from the Airport. The apartment itself is really nice, well located and well equipped. The host too was very communicative and helped with any issues that might have come up. I recommend a stay here.
We arrived in Rome quite late and we were met by Maxsimilliano, who could t have been more helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. It’s in a great location within walking distance of most of the things you would like to see.
We would definitely recommend staying here!
Apartment is ideally located to the main terminal. Easy access to anything you would need. Very comfortable, clean and the place to stay while in Rome. Host is extremely responsive to any needs. Exactly as advertised. Would certainly recommend.
This is the place to stay in Rome! The location to main train station was a big plus. We took the express train from the airport straight to Termini station. From there it was only 2 blocks to our flat. Bedrooms were large compared to other European cities we’ve been to. Our host Ilira greeted us upon arrival and was always just a phone call away. We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend to others!
We stayed at this home for 6 nights and it was roomy and in a good location. Everything that we went to were within walking distance and there’s a convenient store a few blocks away. Owner wasn’t able to meet us but her associate was very communicative and helpful. We had an issue with the shower going hot and cold but it was fixed quickly. A nice restaurant next door that had good food also and a couple bakeries across the street. Would stay there again.
We had a quick stay in Rome on our way home from travels abroad. It was exactly what we needed. 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, AC was very welcome after the 95+ degree weather we experienced while there, and the showers were great! Valentina was easy to work with, we also worked with her friend for the check in/check out process which was fine as well. No issues. Very close to Termini station where both trains and buses are available. Would recommend!
Very easy to get around the city from here as it is a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. There are restaurants and bakeries all around within a few minutes walk. There is one flight of stairs with an elevator available.
This flat had 3 double beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen.
The communication was excellent and helpful when some of our party were delayed in transit.
Worth the price
The main draw for this property was the proximity to Termini Station and that it was a three bedroom as we were traveling with our two adult children. The apartment itself was small in the common areas but the bedrooms were large. You can hear a lot of noise from outside and the other apartments. There were no good views or outdoor space and they need to provide more toilet paper for four people over three nights. It provided what we needed, nothing fancy.
Was easy to get to with 3 big bags coming out of FCO airport on Leo Express. Area is fairly nondescript -- i.e. we didn't eat much in the immediate area, but a good base for sleeping and being close to transport (trains, buses, subway) for getting to the sites all about Rome.
Definitely be on guard for traveling on subway from Termini though ... my phone was picket-pocketed from my front zippered pocket during a press of folks getting on the subway... I had just gotten a little lax, so don't ... always zip up and have hands on valuables during getting on/off subway, even if that means you get a little more jostled and people in personal space.
But, the place was great for our purposes -- 3 br and good A/C to offer some respite after running all around Rome to see the sites!
Communication with Valentina was perfect; she was incredibly friendly and helpful, sorted taxis to and from the airport and was quick with her replies. On arrival we were met by Ilaria who was lovely! She messaged me at the airport to introduce herself and greeted us as soon as we got out of the taxi. She showed us around the property and was very comprehensive about it. She also gave us invaluable info about how to get around the area and the map provided was really helpful.
The property was clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfy too!
Unfortunately, we couldn't find any wine glasses but the owner of the restaurant next door (he and his family were great!) loaned us some for our stay.
Lots of shops, including a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance.
Thank you, Valentina and Ilaria for your wonderful hospitality!
Communication with the hosts was very good up until the last day of our visit. Hence the three stars. Photos are mostly accurate, though it could use a coat of paint. It really comes down to what are you expecting for a place that sees a turnover every few days? Value for the money, yes as there are good restaurants nearby. What was most upsetting was on our last day I heard talking early in the morning while everyone was still in bed mode. I thought it was one of us on the door intercom and then I realized it wasn't. I got up and to my surprise found two men in the apartment at 8;00 AM. I asked them what the hell was going on and it turns out that it was the owner's father and he said he had a key. My niece was extremely upset as she was in the bath directly opposite from where they were. She didn't come out as she wasn't dressed for company. It was obvious to me that they were there working on the lock which should have been repaired either prior to our visit or after we were to check out later that day. Even though I protested they continued to work on the lock. Though polite it was an intrusion and totally unacceptable. It really put a damper on the visit.

Initially they were very friendly and communication was good.
During the stay they broke the key in the lock of the house door.
They turned out to be very argumentative and not very understanding when, due to a misunderstanding, a technical intervention was arranged a couple of hours before their check out and, despite all the apologizes, for days and days after leaving they continued to send messages and to complain about that.
Not a good experience with these guests.
