We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome and your place made it lovely to come back to after a long day sightseeing in very hot weather. The location was central and handy to everything we required, and the apartment had more than enough room for a family of five. The meet and check-in process was handy and the team were helpful. The only issue was the smell in both bathrooms as the smell of sewerage was evident so you need to keep the doors closed.
Great property for our family of 6 in a great walkable location by the train station and grocery/market. My family and I enjoyed the stay with the host very responsive to questions or issues.
The apartment waa great for a family of six. The location worried me at first but ended up being great. The communication with the host were tremendous.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. Very convenient for Termini train and metro station and walkable to many attractions including colosseum. Good contact with host through App and met outside apartment for check-in. All really good.
We loved our stay here. The apartment was stunning, with lots of space. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the balconies overlook a small park with trees. The apartment was up-to-date. We were a 5-min walk from the train station, which made getting around so easy. I would absolutely stay here again, and I will recommend this to all of my friends and family!
Sara & Giorgia were extremely helpful and made our stay amazing. They both were prompt in their communication and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. The location was perfect for our family and our plans while staying in Rome. The apartment had all the ammenities we needed and was very clean. Check in & check out were smooth experiences and they even arranged for our transportation from the airport to the apartment. Thank you for making our time in Rome amazing.
Everything was great, and exactly as described. Super friendly and helpful hosting staff, great location for touring (anything you could possibly need within walking distance). 2 min walk to train station, 20 min walk to Forum. Really great little balconies that look like something out a story book - what a place to have a cup of coffee. It was also a great experience to stay in a nice apartment vs. a hotel room, much better overall experience. Clean, neat, easy - only good stuff to say.
The apartment was good, the communication with BeMyGuest was great but the location was not optimal. We didn’t feel unsafe but the area was less desirable than we expected. If I had done better research I would have picked a better neighborhood to stay in.
This apartment is a fantastic find in Rome! Looks exactly like the pictures and includes everything in the description. The check in/check out process was easy. The owners were very helpful - answering all our questions patiently. The building had friendly tenants and working elevator. It is so close to the train station, subway and the Mercato Centrale - another great find in Rome where you can get food for all 3 meals and bring it back to the apartment because it is so close. There is also a pharmacy and grocery store in the train station too. Would definitely return to this apartment again!
We loved the apartment. The property was exactly as pictured. The listing cited a washing machine which is NOT in the unit, so that was a disappointment. There was also a terrible smell when we arrived which was due to issues with the drains in the showers. Management did get that fixed for us on our 3rd day and after that it was not a problem. Quick walk to Termini trains, grocery and restaurants.

House was clean - location wasn’t the best
House was clean but check in was a hassle having to wait for the host to meet us after we had a long day of travel. The couch had arms that constantly kept coming off and was not comfortable or enough space to sit for having 3 bedrooms. The location was not the best - near the train station, but that’s pretty much it. The bathrooms had an odor that we couldn’t get rid of and we tried to clean them constantly. For a family that travels pretty frequently this wasn’t the best fit for us.
This property is exactly as advertised. I traveled with my son, daughter, and son-in-law - three bedrooms, and two bathrooms were perfect to accommodate our stay.
The apartment is quiet and clean and allows for a great nights sleep! You can walk to Miky’s Organic Cafe (within 5 minutes) sit outside and enjoy excellent coffee and breakfast items. Or you can walk (5-10 minute walk) to well stocked grocery stores if you prefer cooking in. The kitchen has everything you need.
The Colosseum is about a 15 minute walk and a must see! On your way home there are many street vendors to peruse.
Also, Andrea S. was absolutely accommodating in providing all the information I needed along with scheduling airport transfers.
I would definitely recommend this property for a trip to Rome!
The apartment was nice and looked just like the pictures! Elevator was small and apartment is on the top floor. It was also right at the train station which was both good and bad. You are two minutes from being inside the train station with food and transportation. The area around the apartment is not very nice, Graffiti on all the buildings surrounding the area, stinky smells, a typical area in a large city near a bus station. While we didn’t have any problems, I wish I would have stayed closer to a monument or museum that I wanted to see. We had to ride a bus or metro everywhere and those were not the most pleasant experiences with everyone hot and crammed together.
The apartment had been updated and was spacious; however, there were a few items that needed addressed (wood trim loose on the wall and some mold in the corners in the bathroom). One a/c unit was dripping water. Fortunately it was one of two units in the main living/kitchen area so we were able to turn it off and the space still stayed cool. On the last evening there we did not have any hot water/gas. Cold showers for everyone. I contacted the manager that evening and did not receive a response, even after checking out. The apartment was a block and a half from the train station. We did walk back to the apartment after dinner each night and did not feel unsafe in our group of 6; however, I would not have wanted to stay out late or walk in the direction of the train station. When I originally booked the apartment, the listing had a washer/dryer included. Sometime between the date that I booked the apartment and when we arrived, the washer/dryer was taken off the listing as there was not a washer/dryer in the apartment. I was lucky that I happened to review the listing prior to leaving the US, which was a very good thing as this changed the amount of clothing that we all needed to pack. It would have been nice to be informed of this change as I would have looked for a different apartment that had a washer/dryer. The building did have an small elevator/lift and the neighbors were quiet.

What makes this property unique
Rome's Monti neighborhood is a collection of art galleries and wine bars just a few steps away from the Colosseum. And after a lengthy phase of urban re-organization, it is a mecca for young tourists travelling to the Eternal City. Bordering the Roman Forum and the Esquiline district, it is also just a stone's throw away from the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore (with its unique Cosmatesque flooring) and from that of St. Peter in Chains, site of Michelangelo's glorious sculpture of Moses.
