Renovated farmhouse divided in 4 holiday apartments located in the lagoon of Venice, just a short distance from the Sile river. The property has a pier with private boat spaces and all around stretches out the lagoon broken up by small canals. The house is surrounded by a natural lawn with a swimming pool (5x10, 1.50 m deep)(01/05-30/09), garden equipment and barbecue. This accommodation offers a good level of peace and quiet and views of the canals and countryside. Each accommodation has 2 bikes, indipendent heating and air conditioning, mosquito nets on all of the windows. Baby bed included in the price but to be requested at the moment of booking (linen not provided). Shaded parking. Comfortable furniture.ACCOMMODATION: (45 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room/kitchen corner (microwave, freezer, dishwasher), sleeping area with double bed separated by a curtain, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.LOCATION: 1,5 km beaches (reachable only by feet or by bike), 9 km Jesolo (any kind of shops), 37 km Venezia, 47 km Treviso.
