Fred's house was the perfect place for a quick getaway to Palm Springs. It was very hot outside, but the house was always cool. The pool was great. Fred's style in the house was impeccable and stylish.
We had a wonderful getaway here with family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Relaxing pool. Convenient location, quick drive to downtown. Thanks for a lovely stay!
My brother and I have birthdays 4 days apart so we decided to take a weekend to relax and celebrate each other with our family and a few friends. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool.

Great Stay
We only stayed for one night. Eric was very nice and accommodating and the house is awesome.
We had a very comfortable stay very quiet neighborhood. Good location about two miles from downtown Palm Springs. The beds are comfortable everyone slept well and we enjoyed our morning coffee outside by the pool. Definitely will stay here again.
The house is well appointed with a fabulous backyard. Great location. Lots of cute vintage decor. Not over the top kitchy like some other houses ;) would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed very much our stay, especially the clean pool and beautiful gardening. Fred was extremely accommodating to all our special needs. Looking forward to go back again.

Beautiful rental
Everything we could have wanted and more. Fred and his team have all under control, and have furnished a beautiful house in an ideal location. Would recommend to friends/family planning to stay in the area.
Highly recommend this-incredible home! It is definitely our "home away from home". This is our second time here and our family just loves it. Beautiful neighborhood close to the town. We couldn't ask for anything more with lots of room, super clean, wonderful pool, and massive garage to park cars inside of. Can't wait to get back.
We had the best long weekend here. The house is spacious, the pool is large, and the views are stunning. We cannot wait to return! Thanks for everything Fred!
My family came here for a quick weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time at this property. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood that was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The house was comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. My family spent all day in the pool. We had a great time there and would absolutely love to come back.
We had a great stay In this retro fun home. The boys lived in the pool for 4 days straight. The house is clean and organized. Communication with Eric the property manager as well as Fred the owner were great. We will definitely be back next summer.

Perfect House for Relaxing in the Sun
The house was just as expected. It was tastefully decorated and had all the essential house needs. We loved hanging out in the backyard and then using the living room on the cooler nights. We'd definitely rent again!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The home is spacious and has lovely mid century touches throughout. The pool was definitely the highlight for us all. We spent most of our time out by the pool and even had a bbq cookout. This house is a gem and is great for a family summer getaway.
We loved our stay here. Communication with the property manager and check-in/check-out procedures were SO easy. The large pool was really the highlight- my kids basically became fish for a week. The house was clean and in a sweet, well-maintained neighborhood. If I had to pick a downside, I'd say that the backyard borders a busy street so you get some traffic noise, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This was our second visit to the property. As before the owner and manager were wonderful to work with. It was great to spend time with family in a peaceful setting. Thank you.
My 7 friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We all fit perfectly and loved the backyard! We stayed during the first heat wave of the year and the two A/C's within the house kept us all very comfortable. Fred was very accommodating and had a quick response whenever we needed him. It was in a safe location and very close to downtown. I would absolutely recommend this house!
We loved the mid-century home and decor. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for our trip with plenty of towels, lots of pillows, all appliances, comfortable beds, a great pool and even plenty of keurig coffees! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Make sure to drive around and check out all
of the surrounding homes to get a glimpse of mid-century life! The pool was large with amazing views of the mountains and so close to downtown Palm Springs. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful place with amazing amenities!
My wife and I loved this property. We were here for over three weeks and we didn’t want to leave. I don’t think there’s a better neighborhood in Palm Springs. Close to downtown, walkable streets, and views upon views.
The house was perfect for the two of us. My wife worked remotely and the office set up was great for her. But we spent a good amount of time being outside. The backyard and the pool was fabulous! Catching rays and looking at the mountains, was a fantastic change of pace. We would not hesitate to book this property again.
We spent six nights in this beautiful home in March 2022. It was the perfect place for meeting up with family members. There was plenty of space for all eight of us to hang out in the living room, but we spent most of our time in the backyard, where we enjoyed the pool and plentiful seating.
We really appreciated how well-stocked the house was. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and so many other thoughtful touches such as foam pool mats, toiletries, laundry supplies, multiple desks, and very comfortable bed linens. We also appreciated that there was a local property manager you could contact if you had any questions.
We enjoyed the house and backyard so much that we barely left during our vacation. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a welcoming, relaxing place to hang out.

Why they chose this property
I always dreamed of buying a vacation home in Palm Springs to get away from the cold Summers (and Falls, and Springs and Winters!) of San Francisco. When two friends of mine told me they were planning to list their home for sale, I jumped at the opportunity. The house is in one of the premier neighborhoods in South Palm Springs and has amazing proximity to everything. The fact it was a mid-century home with great bones that needed just some TLC made it a dream come true!
What makes this property unique
The second story loft bedroom is my favorite because its an anomaly among mid-century homes. The original owner was an artist and illustrator who built it for her studio because of the great light off the mountains. She did this before Sonny Bono passed the law forbidding second stories on mid-century homes. The purists hate it and have asked me to remove it, but I said no way!
