BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW is a house on two levels.
The ground floor has of a LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a KITCHEN with a BATHROOM nearby, a DOUBLE BEDROOM with an BATHROOM with shower.
The living room and bedroom have access to a large terrace with an enchanting view of the Amalfi Coast. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sunshades.
The upper floor has a large BEDROOM with a double bed + 2 single beds, communicating with a BATHROOM with shower.
In the loft there is a third bedroom with a single sofa bed that converts into a double.

The house is accessed by going down a staircase (about 40 steps), from the private parking (two parking spaces) located on the road that goes down to the sea from the center of Conca.
From here you enter the GARDEN equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, with an enchanting sea view.

The house is ideal for 2 or 3 couples, but also large families up to
8 people.

"The first thing that str...

"The first thing that struck me was that this property felt like a home, it felt intimate, inviting and warm. This Villa had every comfort and amenity needed for a comfortable relaxing holiday, wether you wanted to stay in and enjoy its beauty and ambience or venture out and explore. The views of the Mediterranean below and surrounding landscape were picture framed from every doorway and window and were nothing short of spectacular. It is positioned nicely between Amalfi and Positano. It was very private and quite and yet a comfortable walk to the local village and bus stop. It was well presented and very clean, with nothing left to do but stock the fridge with the amazingly fresh and delicious local produce and relax."

Amazing location

Pictures say it all. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a market in the town that is well stocked and has a nice deli section. The secure parking is easy to get into and provides peace of mind when travelling with a rental car. The only suggestion would be to have a booklet inside the house outlining the location of the market and nearby restaurant and perhaps instructions for operating the washing machine and stove.

The view is unbelievable!

Unbelievable view. Loved walking to the small grocery store every morning and chat with the owners. In village restaurants were great and walkable. Sylvia, the owner, was wonderful to answer any questions before our stay.

Amazing view

This house is all about the views during the day and the night time. The house is cute and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I loved sitting on the deck with the views of the ocean, the town of Amalfi, and looking across the ocean to Sicily. the check in process was extremely easy and Nuncia was so helpful during our entire stay. Would recommend this property to anyone and would stay again.

Unbeatable views

We loved our one week family vacation in Conca dei Marini. The views of the house are amazing! We enjoyed exploring the area, but once back at the house everyday we kept reflecting that the views were unbeatable! The house itself is charming, spacious, very clean and has everything you need. The location of the house is also ideal - Conca is not so touristic unlike Amalfi, so it has a more relaxed atmosphere, and the house sits roughly in between the town beach and the town square so you can reach both sides easily through the many steps that are sure to keep you fit! And what we enjoyed a lot was meeting Silvia and Sergio - they are a delight and gave us many tips on exploring the area. We hope to be back soon to stay in this beautiful house.
