It is furnished with brand name furniture, equipped with TV and Netflix, a stereo, internet connection, games, DVD. 2 canoes, 1 table tennis table, 4 bicycles, 1 indoor elliptical trainer, beach equipment and linen (sheets, duvets, towels) are provided. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is a sports course, children's games, beach volleyball and petanque courts, beach restaurants, a sailing school, a bus stop leading to the city center, a track cyclabe leading to Cap d'Agde and the pond of THAU. Séte is an ideal starting point to visit the hinterland.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa. La villa est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et très bien située. Tout est accessible à pied : plage, restaurant, commerces et activités nautiques. Merci à Jean Luc et Denise pour leur accueil.

Très bonne situation

Maison très pratique, grande, très bien située en front de mer avec accès facile à la plage de Sete. Piscine fonctionnelle, propriétaires agréables. Séjour de vacances fluide ! Merci !

Perfect week at the beach!

This home is amazing! Jean Luc met us day one and helped us settle in, he explained the wifi, nearby places to eat. We were there for Bastille Day and the best place in Sete to watch the fireworks was right from our balcony! The home large and airy, very well equipt with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The glass doors open fully so you feel like you are extending the inside to the outdoors. The location can't be beat. a path right beside the house leads to the beach. Right on the bike path (there were 5 bikes in the shed for us to enjoy), and only a 15 min bike ride into the harbor. The views are breathtaking. Even a koi pond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you jean Luc!
