Great villa in a great location

We had a brilliant time at the Villa St Louis! The house is very well equipped, functional, with good aircon and the swimming pool is great. The owners are extremely responsive and always keen to help if any questions/issues. The area is really nice with the beach and good restaurants only 2min walk from the house.

We couldn’t have asked for more in this property. Beautifully appointed, 2 minutes walk to the fabulous beach. Bikes were a great asset as we cycled everywhere - to Sete town & restaurants. We would love to return some day.!

Villa next to the beach

Excellent property a few minutes walk from wonderful beaches. The house is modern, well equipped and was plenty big enough for two adults and two teenagers. Air con throughout. Pool is on the small size but did the job. Agency were helpful, worth noting once completed booking you go onto their own site to book linen etc.

Sehr zu empfehlendea Ferienhaus in Top Umgebung

Sehr achön gelegenes Haus in einer tollen und ruhigen Wohngegend und wirklich sehr nah gelegenen Strand. Das Haus ist einfach aber komplett und umfangreich ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Garten und Außenbereich waren top gepflegt. Alles andere ist wie beschrieben. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Duschvorhang in der Badewanne. Fazit: ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus.

Nous avons apprécié la maison et son extérieur, la piscine et les transats. La proximite des plages est un atout certain. Nous avons apprécié les tours en vélo en fin d après-midi, mis a disposition. De nombreuses activité et de visite possible aux alentours et un plus dabs les terres. Un cadre idéal pour se retrouvercen famille.

Maison du bonheur à quelques pas de la plage

Séjour en famille formidable dans cette villa idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage mais aussi à proximité d'un skatepark, pumptrack et terrain de basket - parfait pour occuper des ados! Villa très bien équipée en ustensils de cuisine, équipement détente (dont vélos très appréciés). Accès pratique à Sète, supermarché, sentiers de marche. Très bonne communication avec les gérants. Nous recommandons!
