1 bedroom beachfront condo. Sleeps 6. Includes seasonal beach chairs & umbrella. Destin Beach Club in the heart of Destin. Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • One and one-half baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Granite countertop • Tile and luxury plank flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa •Washer and Dryer in unit Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and hot tub (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • Coin operated washer/dryer is centrally located at the complex Hide Details. Our condo had a beautiful view and was super clean. It was slightly outdated with decor and kitchen supplies, but all the essentials were included and we had just about everything we needed. The location on the beach was perfection. One small inconvenience was that we were only allowed 2 keys. With a condo that sleeps 6, more than 2 keys is necessary. We asked multiple times for one additional key but to no avail. It did create a bit of an inconvenience for our family. We were extra appreciative of the property managers who allowed us an early check-in and very helpful. We are already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend Destin Beach Club.

I love that an umbrella and chairs come with the booking. I love that you are right there on the beach. I love that there are not a bunch of people on top of you. This unit, however, could use some new furniture. The mattress, pillows, the couch, all need to be replaced. A Wi-Fi extender that reaches the bedroom is needed.

Great location!!

This was a last minute trip for my family! Thought this choice we made was fairly reasonable for the location having beach access right out our back doors plus to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves was so relaxing! The property suited our needs perfectly comfortable bed, hot showers with great water pressure with a convenient access to shopping, food and entertainment! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The weather wasn’t the best for the 3 nights that we stayed but with the setup we had we couldn’t complain!
