Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • Two baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Granite countertop • Tile and carpet flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass. Relaxed, Quiet and Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is very clean and comfortable. The location and view leaves nothing to be desired. I was surprised that there was only 2 bars of soap, 3 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towel. I left 3 hand soap dispensers, extra trash bags and dishwashing liquid that hopefully will be left for the next renter. The hot and cold water are reversed in master shower. A Kerig coffee maker would be a nice addition. There was only 1 filter and aCoffee for 4 cups for the Mr. Coffee. The in-unit washer and dryer were appreciated. Although the furniture and carpet is quite dated the unit is comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Destin Beach Club. Love the location, Unit 203, and the wonderful snowbird friends that come each year. They were doing some major reno that was a little disruptive but not bad.
