If million-dollar views and lots of space are what you want, then look no further! This ground floor rental is only a 3 mile drive to Whiskey Row and downtown. The property is over 3100 square feet split into two levels. I'm living on the upper level and do not use the lower level. So it's a great rental space.

The huge 1550 square foot ground level mountain top rental is newly decorated, has a large living room with big flat screen TV that has 100's of channel choices, a library area with several books, and a brand-new full kitchen with all new appliances. The new kitchen is completely stocked with a microwave, fridge/freezer, filtered water from the fridge, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, etc and a kitchen table. The sectional is very comfortable with down filled cushions and pillows. There is a large bedroom with a new King bed with another flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with shower/tub. There is a washer and dryer room, along with an iron and ironing board. It has 2 entrances and is equipped with all of the amenities of home. It also offers 2 beautiful outdoor seating areas overlooking all the wonderful views that Prescott has to offer to give you the feeling of getting away from it all! WiFi is included and you are provided a list of the best local restaurants and coffee shops as well as hiking/biking trails. This rental is perfect for singles/couples/families.

This was a very beautiful property. Cleaning fee was a bit high for 1 night. The communication was great though and very friendly, clean, and suggested dining venues with great options. Lakes are close and whiskey row was close too. Awesome night.

Great House - Excellent Views

This home has a great view and is only 5 minutes from downtown Prescott. This is a basement suite, but large and spacious. Do keep in mind the owners live in the upstairs part time of the home!

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing

This most pleasant walkout rental has beautiful views from the living room, and two lovely private patios with gorgeous views. Comfortable, clean kitchen with modern appliances, pleasant bathroom with shower-tub, and private, and spacious bedroom. Very nice furnishings. I will return, if I can.

Pretty good

Pretty nice place in a good area, plenty of space for two with a very nice view from the living rooms. If you’re just hangin out watchin tv I hope you like SpongeBob because that’s one of the only cable channels that works lol. It is in a kind of basement of the house so there are people walking above you. Feels like a house under the house.

Cute with Gorgeous Views

Very clean and quiet with spectacular views. This is a mother-in-law suite to which the main house has access to. The stairs they show in the pictures are the only access to the suite. If you are disabled there is only one other entry to the property which you will not be able to navigate if you are in a wheelchair or crutches or have difficulty walking. Other than that the property is a very cute.

Review

The experience was top notch. Beautiful view & comfortable facility. There are 12-15 steps on the side of the building that one has to use to get to the door, that I wasn’t fond of. I have 2 bad knees & if the stairs were listed before I locked in the dates, I just missed it. The steps were difficult for us to maneuver but we made it happen and loved the stay. I would definitely recommend this location for those who are not physically handicapped.

The Views…the comfort Perfect

My husband and I did a quick getaway to the mountain TOP home. We had a wonderful stay, the home is everything as stated on the listing. The owners are delightful and responsive when needed. I only communicated with them to Thank them for a great stay. The views are 5 star, you can see the entire valley and mountains. The home was so comfortable and had all the amenities that you would need. The bed was so comfortable, I actually slept in! Outdoor seating is very nice. One day it was extremely winding, but we didn’t miss out on the views because the HUGE living room windows overlook the valley, so we were warm inside, and still enjoyed the vista. Thank you for a wonderful time, and we will be back.

Very clean. Property needs to be updated. Bathroom was the most in need. Shower was awful as the shower head barely sprayed and had mold in it. Biggest complaint was the noise from upstairs. Owners live upstairs and heard them walking around as late as 2am & as early as 5am.

Beautiful view!

The views in the listing photos doesn’t do this place justice! It was breath taking, and very relaxing! The property was clean, classy, and comfortable! It’s also very close to downtown Prescott, with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. The only thing I’d say is a negative is the parking instructions. Both my husband and I were confused and felt like we didn’t know where to park. It said don’t block the trash cans, park on the rocks as best we can, but don’t park on the decorative driveway. Maybe the wording should be changed? Idk but I wasn’t going to remove a star for that, maybe we were air heads. We would stay here again!

Perfect location....peace and quiet yet close to things we wanted to do.

This was a great place! It is very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. Unfortunately for us, the weather was too cool and we did not get to enjoy the two secluded patios overlooking the hillsides. Open concept kitchen and living room with a huge couch and a new large screen TV. Very comfy king size bed. Ginormous walk-in closet. Great shower with excellent hot water pressure which I love. This is a lower level unit with the Owners living upstairs. They were immediately responsive to the few texted requests that we had....sadly we never got to meet them face to face....hopefully we will next time we stay here! A big bonus to this place....it is quiet and secluded but it's only minutes from Whiskey Row downtown and we loved The Palace Saloon!

The property had incredible views!

This property had incredible views and lots of space for a couple. Could easily accommodate 4 people. Although, I would not recommend it for small children, as it is built on a hill and is quite steep. The living room was huge with comfy furniture and a great TV. The kitchen was nice with everything one would need. Had the weather been warmer, it would have been very nice to spend time outside on the patio with the patio furniture provided. Our hosts were very quiet and gave us our privacy. They were very easy to deal with and John made us feel welcome. The one criticism I have is to recommend the hosts provide new towels and wash clothes. I felt uncomfortable with those provided. Overall, Prescott is a lovely area. But be prepared to drive everywhere to enjoy the lakes, hikes and shopping.

Its a nice place but the parking situation is awful and be careful the first step you go down is a doosie! If you want paper towels or tissues bring them I could not find any. Dont turn on the outside light we did went out for the day came back after dark the door was literally covered with bugs, my husband opened the door I ran it and scraped my knee on the chair because the room was dark and i didnt see it. Overall its a nice place I wouldn't rent it again

needs refreshed bathroom

Extremely cordial and friendly email/text communications, and it is with sincere regret that we leave a less than excellent review for these nice people. We were so grateful that they let us stay 2 nights with such short notice. The good things are that the furnishings are generous and comfy...a beautiful LARGE TV. The parking and entry are dicey. We worry about liability for these folks. The kitchen has newer functioning appliances. It's the bathroom! It's tired. Everything including the floor can be replaced with a modest budget and help from Home Depot. We sincerely wish Kelly and Jon well as it is clear they are well intentioned.
