Cosy and modern apartment of 120m2, ideally located in Strasbourg next to the Parc de l'Orangerie, the European institutions and the Vaisseau.


This accommodations are ideal for families, business travellers or groups of friends who want to enjoy the downtown of Strasbourg while being quiet and cool.

Indeed, the apartment being on the first floor, it naturally benefits from the cool and you will not suffer from the heat in summer.

You will find bakeries, supermarkets, a wine shop, a pizzeria, a Japanese restaurant and a large market less than 5 minutes walk away. You can also park for free in our street, which is impossible in the city center. The hypercenter is 15 minutes away by tram or bus or 10 minutes by car.

Germany is 5 minutes away by car and the forest of Pourtalès is 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is composed of a large living-dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and 3 separate bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with Queen Size double bed and a bedroom in basement accessible by a staircase with a Queen Size double bed as well.

Appartement très spacieux et agréable malgré une chambre en sous sol. Un peu éloigné du centre mais distance faisable pour marcheur moyen. Bon équipement.. Week-end très agréable à Strasbourg

Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig und leider nicht sauber

Die Wohnung entspricht weitestgehend den Beschreibungen auf der Plattform. Leider ist die Wohnung aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. In den Wänden gibt es viel unverschlossene Bohrlöcher, das Möbiliar ist sehr abgenutzt, fleckig, Polster sind durch und man spürt deutlich das Sperrholz. Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber sehr abgenutzt. Insgesamt kann die Wohnung die guten Eindrücke aus der Beschreibung damit nicht bestätigen
