Excellent stay, must stay!

We were a group of 6 in Chamonix, looking to ski and relax, and Le Kursaal had everything we were looking for. Great living and kitchen area, well connected, really cozy and the Hammam was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend.

Centrally located cozy apartment in Chamonix

This apartment is a true gem, right in the middle of Chamonix. Close to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping streets, Le Kursaal offers a comfortable retreat right in the most charming area of the town. The apartment is well equipped, the furniture and decoration are of good quality. Although the apartment is right at the town centre, the windows do a great job in isolating the sound. The apartment is spacious both in the common areas and in the bedrooms. We were 3 couples and each had their own bathroom and double bed. Recommended for a family vacation.

Great stay in centre of Chamonix

Had a great stay with friends. Chamonix All Year team were really helpful in reservation process and looking after us thereafter. Apartment has a brilliant location in the middle of town. Very close to the ski bus pick-up point (5 mins walk) and Inter Sport for ski hire. Very comfortable apartment also.

Beautiful apartment with the perfect location.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. Tons of room for a family of 6. Perfect location right in the heart of the city center. Our only wish was that it had air conditioning, but there were enough fans provided to keep us comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Great place to stay. Location is very good. Apartment description is accurate. Apartment is quiet except for the lower level bedroom on weekend nights. Kitchen is well equipped. It would be good if there was a description of the bus stop locations. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had one winterweek in Le Kursaal and are very happy about our stay. The apartment offers high standard with modern equipment and offers a cozy ”cabin” feeling at the same time. A 10 min walk up to Brevent gondola from the apartment and you’re ready for a day in the mountains. The only thing we were missing was a couple of cozy blankets for the living room. Not much to complain about.

Best location in Chamonix

The apartment’s location is ideal for a family ski vacation and taking advantage of Chamonix. Short walk to bus stops or the Brévent lift. Short walk to any restaurants or markets. The apartment itself is well maintained and updated. The only suggestions we had would be a better seating configuration or options for more people in the main room and more blankets for bedrooms as well as for the main room for a cozier and comfortable atmosphere/apres ski.

A real gem

The location is amazing, the service by all the staff was superb The upstairs area with the living area kitchen and 2 bedrooms was fantastic There were ventilation issues in the down stairs bedroom which were promptly seen to but we still feel this needs to be looked at as the issue was still there. But you are right in the heart of Chamonix which is fantastic, with everything at your fingertips. Great access to the ski buses, shopping and restaurants. Many thanks to the staff for all there help from beginning to end. Note there are stairs to consider to get to the main living area.

Perfect apartment in the center

This wonderful apartment is in the center of town and everything you need is just about few minuets walking. From the window of the living room you can see the lovely street and mountains. The 3 big bad rooms has private shower and toilet with each bad room so it is realy comfortable. The apartment is like 5 star hotel and you can get any kind of help from the nice and welcoming staff.

Superb view & location, lovely apartment

Superb view from the living room of the entire Mont Blanc range, Aiguille du Midi etc. And over the very heart of Chamonix's town centre - you could not get more central than an apartment above the Place Balmat! Lovely comfortable apartment. The only criticisms were that the beds in the downstairs bedroom are very narrow for teenagers/young adults and there is no window in that room so it can get very hot at night. But otherwise a lovely convenient base for any holiday in Chamonix.

We were in the apartment on mid Feb 2018 to a ski holiday (3 couples) and found a great apartment on a great location - In the middle of Chamonix. The local team helped us with all needed, ski pass, ski rental and a lot of information. The apartment is well equipped and the hammam in the apartment was very good after a skiing day We recommend with all our hearts
