A beautiful renovation of this top floor apartment, with a stylish and homely feel. Picturesque windows which look over the Mont Blanc Massif run the length of the living space.
A spacious and airy kitchen diner leads onto the balcony which provides a fabulous eating spot in the summer, with fantastic views over Chamonix. While the cosy living area is a great space for the whole family to relax in.

The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor of the building and has 3 well-furnished bedrooms. There is an ensuite double room, a further double room and a bunk room, opposite a modern family bathroom.

The property benefits from High Speed Fibre internet and great entertainment facilities: Netflix, Apple TV and an Xbox.

There is also a private car park, a ski locker and the apartment is ideally situated just 5 minutes' walk from the Brevent lift, in a very calm area, but still within 5 minutes' walk of all the amenities in the centre of Chamonix.
