This villa lies in the Churriana district of the Costa del Sol’s capital city, only 6 km from the airport of Malaga. It features enough space to welcome up to eight people. Out of the three bedrooms provided, one has a double bed; the other two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a single bed each, one of which being provided with a ceiling fan, too. Moreover, all the bedrooms also rely on a wardrobe or chest of drawers each, so that you can unpack as soon as you get to the villa.

The house has two bathrooms with a shower, and a cosy living area and a completely equipped independent kitchen that leads off into the glazed veranda. Here, you can enjoy all kinds of meals, as it is equipped with a dining area.

Warm/cool air-con is provided inside one bedroom and the living room.

The outdoor area’s main feature is the round-shaped private pool and the poolside sun loungers, for you to lay down and enjoy the warm sun rays. There is a covered pergola, under which a dining area will welcome the most delicious moments. A portable barbeque completes the facilities of the outdoor, which is surrounded by tall trees to provide privacy.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 300 mt-long unpaved lane.

Photos don’t do the villa justice

A stunning villa owned by the nicest couple who were extremely accommodating . If you want to be away from the hustle of the town and get a proper insight into Spanish life this is your home. Perfect size, relaxing feel, pool was amazing for all five kids including teenagers and little ones. Local super markets near by to walk to. Real lemon trees that you can pick from and garnish your home made paella. Did not want to come home at all I will dream of this place for the rest of my life. Thank you Antonio and Isobel we hope to be back soon.

The house is lovely newly built property in a quiet location a few kilometres from Alhaurin which is a working town. The property has been thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is ideal for taking a cooling dip and the large terrace has enough space to make use of the sun loungers. A car is a must for exploring the local area, either up into the mountains or down to the coast to the many beaches in the area. There is a reasonable internet connection and Spanish TV. We will definitely be returning!

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, von der Küche über das Bad bis zum Garten. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sie haben einen super Grill mit einer tollen Aussicht, wenn Sie backen. Alles war genauso sauber und schön. Sie haben auch einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Mijas usw. zu besuchen. In Churianna befinden sich Kaufhäuser einschließlich der MERCADONA. Fuengirola ist eine angenehme Stadt. Der Besitzer war sehr gastfreundlich, warmherzig und großzügig. Das Willkommenspaket war sehr lecker. Es tat uns leid, dass wir abreisen mussten und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
