Great location, great space

Enjoyed my stay! Nice, spacious, updated. There were minor hiccups with the AC (communication error) but they were quick to get back and help out. Would stay here or at another property again.

Overall, the apartment is well-equipped and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. While the location and price were decent, the bug situation was a constant issue that seriously impacted the quality of our stay. Management was reactive and came to spray a little, but the treatment was ineffective. We would not have stayed in this apartment if we had known of the issue beforehand.

FLH Intendente Elegant Mezzanine with Balcony

Overall the property was just as described and we were happy with our stay. It has modern furnishings and decoration, a nice little balcony, and was clean and well maintained. Only minor drawbacks were: a) some lack of privacy, between 2 bedrooms based on interior construction design, one bedroom open to lower level. and location. Location was central and ubers were cheap to get around so only problem was the neighbourhood had a specific ethnic nature that dominated local restaurants and stores beyond a couple nice ones right outside the front door. Had to go further for most meals. All in all a great value for the money.

Nice Apartment but Sketchy Location

First, in terms of the rental agent “Feels Like Home” I would say it definitely did not! After traveling for 12 hours to our destination we were very, very disappointed to be told that my husband could not use the restroom in their office when we arrived!! As a guest, we would expect to receive basic accommodations if needed. The apartment was exactly as described. It was actually very nice. The neighborhood it was located and was a bit sketchy. Lots of people just hanging around in the street and a lot of trash in the street and along the sidewalk. Not very pleasant. It is a 45 block walking distance to one of the major squares. That was a benefit. I don’t think I would stay there again, even though the apartment was very nice.

arrivée autonome laborieuse .

Conditions très strictes de l'arrivée à 15h, pas une minute avant.Instructions de l'arrivée autonome pas claires.L'appartement lui-même est très bien, spacieux et très propre.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner ses propres repas, mais aucun ingrédients de base, pas de sel pas de poivre, pas de capsules à café....pas de bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée.L'endroit est calme et l'espace agréable à vivre.

Buen alojamiento

El apartamento esta muy bien, limpio y tal y como salia en las fotos. Esta bien comunicado, puedes ir andando perfectamente a la zona turistica en 10 o 15 minutos y tambien tiene metro que te deja al lado. Es tranquilo para dormir por la noche. El problema en Lisboa es el aparcamiento que es todo de pago. El dia que llegamos aparcamos en la calle unas horas sin pagar nada y despues echamos monedas y al dia siguiente nos levantamos pronto y a las 7 de la mañana estábamos en el parking manuel gouveia. Cuesta 3 euros al dia y volvimos al apartamento en el metro en un momento. Merece la pena, pagamos de casi 5 dias 13 euros y pico. Lo demas todo bien, hemos estado muy a gusto.

Ruhige schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Schöne geschmackvolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Überrascht hat uns, wie ruhig die Wohnung, trotz der belebten Lage war. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, mit Geschirr, Handtücher etc. Gefallen in dem Apartment, hat uns die Moderne mit Gemütlichkeit. Viele Hotspots sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für alles Andere gibt es die kurzen Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch viele gute Essenslokale und Bars sind in direkter Nähe. Nur wenn man mit eigenem Auto anreist, ist es hier recht eng und es gibt keine Parkplätze. Am Besten ausladen und ein Parkhaus suchen. Auch scheint hier die zuständige Hausverwaltung, was Reinigung und Pflege betrifft einen guten Job zu machen.
