Holiday home Titania is uniquely located on the corner of an island in the Sânemar Lake, in direct connection with the Frisian Lakes and near the village Eernewoude.

Due to the wonderful location, you will find water, space, tranquility and privacy all around. The house has a large garden with several private jetties and seats. Around the house is a wooden terrace and in various locations you will find wooden garden furniture with cushions, lounge set, sun loungers and parasols.

The house has all the comfort (such as 220 volts, water, sewerage, gas, hot air heating, water heater, stereo and Internet access) which is very special for an island.

You also have a private boat house with 2 sailboats (a Falcon and 16m2), a rowing / motor boat to reach the shore and 4 canoes (for 5 persons).

In consultation, you might want to rent additionally the 12 person luxury boat. This boat is fully equipped: on board you will find plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery, pans etc for 12 persons, refrigerator, stereo, heating, cooking, wine cooler etc.
  
The house itself has been completely renovated, is cozy and comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so you will have a great holiday.

Bed, bath and kitchen towels are plenty available. You will also find bathrobes and beach towels that you can use during your stay. We ensure that the beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. All this gives a feeling of wellbeing and comfort, as it should be on your holiday!

The living room has a seating area and a dining area with direct access to the kitchen. There is enough wood to lit the fireplace, but of course there is also a regular heating. The house will be pleasantly warm in short time, also in the bedrooms.

Both the kitchen and the bathroom were completely renovated in 2012 with the latest appliances and furnishings. So you can find in the kitchen, next to the usual equipment, also a convection / microwave oven, Miele dishwasher, ice cube machine in the freezer and a beer tender. In addition, you will find coffee, tea, spices etc.

The bathroom has a new Miele washer and dryer.
