The Osmonde gîte is available for reservation!

Set of three houses with a sleeping capacity of 26 adults (+2 children) of around 360m2, with secure heated swimming pool, large covered terrace and real bar with beer tap, planchas, barbecue, children's playground, bowling alley , volleyball court, ... basketball hoop, parking space of around 400m2.

A few minutes walk from Lake Sanguinet, come and enjoy with family or friends this real little private vacation center.

VILLA n ° 1:
5 bedrooms with double beds
1 bathroom

1 "relaxation" room with television and games available

Between villa n ° 1 and villa n ° 2:
A covered outdoor terrace of over 100 m² including a bar equipped with a professional beer machine (keg not provided), 2 gas planchas (gas provided), a 9-meter-long table


VILLA n ° 2:
A kitchen / dining room with everything you need for 28 people (2 induction hotplates or 6 fireplaces, 2 large fridge-freezers, 1 top fridge, 1 pyrolysis oven, 2 dishwashers, 3 coffee makers)
A living room of approximately 40m2 with television
1 bedroom with double bed disabled access
1 bathroom / WC access for people with reduced mobility
upstairs: 1 double bedroom and a 25m2 master suite with separate shower room and WC


VILLA n ° 3:
Terrace shared with the rooms
2 bedrooms with double bed + single bed
1 dormitory sleeps 6 (including 1 bunk bed for children only)
2 shower rooms

On the 2,600m2 plot:
A secure and heated 5x10 swimming pool from May to September / October (depending on the weather)
A pétanque court
A volleyball net
A basketball hoop
An area with climbing games for the little ones and a slide for the older ones
Shaded car park of around 400 m2 (not accessible to motorhomes).

For more convenience, bed linen and cleaning (floors and sanitary facilities) are included in the price, but beds are not made on arrival. Also included are bath mats and tea towels.
Bath towels optional (5 euros / person).
Animals are accepted free of charge (within the limit of 2), with an additional deposit and the signing of an animal convention.

The Osmonde gîte is not suitable for the organization of events that could generate noise pollution in the neighborhood.
