Princesa Resort D-304 Empty Nest Nice Ocean View Condo

Imagine waking up to find yourself overlooking palm trees and sandy beaches in this truly comfortable one bedroom condominium. The great third floor location in building D of Princesa Resort brings you close to the beauty of Mexicos Pacific Coast, in one of Rocky Points most well known Resort locations.

The Princesa de Peñasco Resort has a large expanse of green grass, Lish pal trees, BBQ grilling areas, swimming pools and more. Swim in one of our 3 pools, have a day out with the family at one of our BBQ areas, play volleyball in our beach volleyball court or rest in our amazing oceanfront palapas and rest areas, all with 24-hour security. On-site Colins Cantina Restaurant is full of fun with daily specials, weekly Bingo, and live music with lots of TV's for sports watching. There is also a Day Spa, and convenience store.

The One bedroom unit has a King bed in its suite like bedroom. There is mirrored closet, TV, dresser, and private attached bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination, along with a mirrored vanity.

The kitchen has bar stools at the counter, and small dining table for four. All needed appliances, cookware, and more are found in the kitchen.

Hit the beach or hit the town, this unit places you at the center of fun Rocky Point. A short drive takes you to the Malecon with its beachfront walk way, shops, restaurants and bars like Boo Bar, Margarita Mermaids, and Moo Steak House. Closer to the Resort you will find Changes, Bandito's, Wrecked at the Reef, and Garufa Steak House.

My granddaughter loved it

Beautiful view! Three pools and a kiddie pool for her to use even though we stayed on the beach almost the entire time we were there.

Relaxing!

I forgot how beautiful the view was of the sunsets @ Rocky Pointe. This condo is the perfect setting for both, sunrises & sunsets. Loved the security, we felt very safe and had a great vacation. Thank you for making our spring break memorable.

Great place, excellent communication

This was my first trip to Rocky Point in over 20 years. I was very nervous about it, so I asked a lot of questions of the hosts. They gave prompt, courteous, and thorough responses. The property was great and just as described and pictured. Definitely would recommend!

older unit was'nt impressed

Older unit wasn't impressed maid service was bad had to go to front desk for toilet paper just looked like it wasn't kept up well and needs some work paid same price that friends paid and there condo had 2 bedrooms and maid service was included and just more up to date wished we would of looked a little harder for a better deal!

TERRIBLE!!

We booked a 1 bdrm 1 bath as we were coming down for extensive dental work. After waiting for 10 minutes at the guard gate they told us we didn’t have a reservation (even though I had the booking number and reservation number), he called the front desk and they said to come into the lobby. Then we were told our original unit had an a/c problem so they moved us to a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, for an additional $94! When I said “absolutely not” she informed me that the (unauthorized) charge was already charged to my cc at 9am that morning! We attempted to call the Casago management; explained the issue, he agreed that we shouldn’t have to incur that cost. Put us on hold only to be hung up on 15 minutes of being on hold. Having only 15 minutes to get to our first dentist appt, we just took the key and went to the room, dropped our stuff and went to the dentist. The next morning we woke up to massive construction going on in the unit right next to us! The entire 2 days, throbbing dental work with a tile saw and hammering; all for an additional $94. The units are old as we were prepared for; all I wanted was a comfy bed which the first unit we booked had many reviews of a comfy bed. (Which by the way, THAT unit was owned by an owner and conveniently they moved us to a Casago unit). We go to RP at least 10 x a year. W out a doubt we will NEVER go back to this complex. The “you get what you pay for” is very true with this complex, but then to get screwed out of another $94 for a 2 bdrm that we didn’t need was not fair. I WILL say the best part of this resort is the restaurant! Very friendly staff; amazing food (portions are huge) and for a very reasonable price! We WILL come back to the restaurant!!

Nice Condo

What a great time. Condo needs some minor updates but it's fine the way it is. Bring a comforter abs extra pillows for the master. I would also bring a nice blow-up mattress for the living room if you have a kid or 2. The pull-out is very uncomfortable. You will also need bedding for that which we did bring. The sofa and chair need update other than that what a great time and view.
