Lovely clean apartment, several pools to swim and lounge around, garage for car underground with allocated parking. Ideal for a break would recommend Not a lot as when I reported a fault was fixed within hours

The accommodation was more than adequate for our weeks stay. Very comfortable beds and great balcony for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. The WiFi wasn’t very strong and instructions for the washing machine would be helpful. Driving in and out of the car part in a large car was difficult.

La Urbanización bien cuidada y excelente ubicación. Por el precio del apartamento, el propietario deberá invertir en mejoras como: - Escaso menaje de cocina No hay ni un simple exprimidor de mano, tapa para calentar alimentos, una sola sartén, etc. Tuvimos que llevar nuestro propios cuchillos para cortar bien. - El frigo sin una balda en la puerta para botellas - La campana extractora para jubilarla - El baño principal mal sellado y oliendo fatal durante las dos semanas En resumen, no se ha mejorado el apartamento desde hace años. Pero es algo común a esta urbanización porque llevamos viniendo 18 años y hemos estado en muchos y todos igual de dejados o peor

Los apartamentos se encuentra en una ubicación excepcional a sólo un min del paseo/playa. Zona perfecta para una vacaciones tranquilas. A 2 min del puerto con actividades acuáticas y gastronomía variada. Las instalaciones ,piscinas y jardines perfectas. Playa súper tranquila, De arena gruesa muy confortable pero con algunas piedras al entrar al mar. El apartamento correcto en cuanto a equipacion. Camas y almohadas comodas. Terraza con buena orientación,no le da el sol directo. La limpieza podría mejorarse. Uno de los baños olía. El garaje en sí,es un laberinto y la plaza no muy grande.

Buena zona y buen apartamento

Apartamento muy amplio, con cuatro piscinas accesibles en la urbanización y dos baños completos. Tuve inconvenientes puesto que soy minusválida y para poder salir por la puerta del paseo marítimo tenía que bajar escaleras y luego subirlas, claro. Independiente a éso, el apartamento está muy bien, muy completo, con muchos detalles (tales como una botella de agua mineral fresca en el frigorífico o sobres para café y té) camas muy cómodas, bastantes tensilios de cocina (con los cuchillos afilados, un plus) y secador, plancha, lavavajillas...para repetir sin lugar a dudas, salvo por las escaleras. El vecindario fantástico, tienen pista de pádel, las piscinas, sala de gimnasio, biblioteca con acceso a libros de varios idiomas y mesa de pin pong, socorrista en cada piscina y acceso cómodo con dos ascensores, llaves magnéticas y cochera incluida en el edificio. Justo al lado de la playa y del puerto de La Duquesa, donde poder deleitarse con todo tipo de restaurantes, pubs, disco...LE DOY LAS 5 ESTRELLAS A TODO MENOS AL ACCESO AL PASEO MARÍTIMO.

Excellent apartment, ideally situated for all the bars And restaurants. My only complaint is that the beds were very hard and I found it difficult to sleep, it’s a minor thing and others may find the beds comfortable.

Great apartment with Sky TV

Fabulous holiday apartment in a great complex with a brilliant location! Whilst furnishings are a bit dated all are perfectly functional and all that is required for a holiday stay plus the added bonus of Sky TV! Perfect apartment for a poolbeach holiday with the bars and restaurants of the port less than a minutes walk away!
