There are a couple of friendly neighbourhood cats you may see in the garden or venture into house! Beware if you have allergies

Property is in a quiet location with easy, quick access to a very sandy beach which is good for swimming and sandcastles.
The house was clean and well maintained. There was an excellent selection of games to play.
