There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests including two king-size rooms and a twin, served by a ground-floor wet room and a bathroom. The property also has a kitchen with dining seating, a utility, dining room and a sitting room with a gas coal-effect fire. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a rear lawn, orchard and patio garden with furniture and a roof terrace with furniture. We are visiting from Canada and had a wonderful holiday at the cottage. It is beautifully presented and very well equipped. I highly recommend staying at Westmorland cottage.
Overall, the property was very good for a week away with my wife & our dog. The weather was cold, but the heating in the cottage was very efficient.My main dislike was the access to the driveway - we have a large SUV and the gateway was tight, given the road was also narrow!
Good break at a nice clean cottage kitted out with everything you need. The cottage is in a very quiet location and an easy walk along the promenade takes you unto Grange over Sands or to the train station if you don't fancy driving.
