Pembroke, a single-storey home, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility, two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric AGA with hotplate, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and pond, and a private driveway for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. Make the most of the Cumbrian countryside at Pembroke. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: No children under 11 years old, due to the pond. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10:30am.

Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no electric car charging facility. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: This property has a level driveway, level access to the garden from the driveway and throughout the garden, shallow access ramps over the front door threshold and is all on one level making it suitable for wheelchair users. Note: There are steps outside the doors at the rear of the house. Note: No children under 11 years old, due to the pond. Note: Single bedroom has a ground floor fire escape window (sill at 1m and handle at 1.5m) and should only be occupied by someone able to open and escape through such a window unaided. Note: Hoist users should bring their own sling, both two point and four point hoist bar available, shower chair available on request, front door 83cm wide and internal doors 73.5cm, the main bedroom and en-suite are suitable for wheelchair users, the other two bedrooms are not. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10:30am

The village features pretty streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, a charming gift shop, welcoming, traditional pubs serving real ale, the nationally acclaimed, Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant, and the Cartmel Village shop, which sells the famous sticky toffee pudding. Take advantage of excellent walking opportunities amidst beautiful, unspoilt countryside, visit Cartmel Racecourse, Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition, Lakeland Motor Museum and Holker Hall with its spectacular gardens, all of which are close by. The quiet seaside retreat of Grange-over-Sands, with its Edwardian buildings and mountain backdrop, is a mere 2 miles away, whilst Windermere, with its panoramic views over England's longest lake, is within a thirty minute drive.
