The accomodation at the Old Watermill was beautiful and so homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the Easter weekend. We enjoyed the Segway tour in Cartmel and used Lake District Bikes, to hire ebikes for the day. We travelled up the side of Coniston Lake, then went across country and travelled down the side of Lake Windermere before cutting back across to our starting point. 30 miles in total, taking in the scenery and some rather lovely café stops before heading back to the comfort of our cosy cottage.
