About this property

Renovated holiday home in Villaparc Duynopgangh for 6 people, near the beach

Dear guests,

Welcome to Eilandje 33, our vacation home in Julianadorp aan Zee. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and modernly furnished. It is located in the "Villaparc Duynopgangh", just 500 m from the extensive beach. The property covers 400 square meters with a living area of 120 square meters.
The ground floor impresses with a kitchen with the latest equipment and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired (refrigerator and triple freezer combination, dishwasher, baking / grill oven, induction cooker, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, hand blender, hand mixer and much more). This is followed by a cozy living-dining room with a spacious table and an inviting seating area. In addition, a guest toilet and a separate shower room are available on this floor.

The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom. The largest of the 3 bedrooms has a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a cot. There is another bedroom with a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds each 90 cm x 2 m. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function.

You can access another storage room via an external access. There is a washing machine, a handcart, beach toys, a beach shell and a Weber electric grill (open fires are not allowed in this settlement due to the thatched roofs).

From the living-dining area you can easily reach the garden via a patio door. This is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and end the day in the evening sun. In front of our house you have a clear view of the fields and dunes with the lighthouse in the background. Our fenced property is located in a cul-de-sac at the end of the park, so that your children can play carefree on the way.

WLAN, internet radio / CD, TV with German channels (ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR, RTL, Sat 1, Arte), Blueray / DVD player are available.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is also prohibited in the house.

The arrival day is Friday from 3 p.m.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Der Parc ist sehr gepflegt und obwohl es sehr viele Häuser sind fühlt man sich nie eingeengt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist ein Segen. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Ruhig in guter Lage und nah zu allem was man braucht.

Das Haus liegt im Ferienpark Duynopgangh und hat alles was man für den Familienurlaub benötigt. Die Wege zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind kurz. Auch zu Kultur und Abenteuer sind in der Nähe möglich.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem sehr großzügigen Haus, wo es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Strandnähe ist ideal. Der Wohnpark ist sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig. Bis Julianadorp sind es 20 min mit dem Fahrrad. Wer Ruhe und Strandnähe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist für Familien oder bis zu drei Paaren geeignet. Die recht steile Treppe nach oben kann mit einem Kindergitter gesichert werden und ist nicht unbedingt für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet. Für uns war es perfekt.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in der FeWo und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war online so beschrieben wie wir es vorgefunden haben. Die Nähe zum Strand war nur 8 Gehminuten. Würde das Ferienhaus immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in Strandnähe

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Ferienhaus-Wohnanlage. Toll mit kleinen Kindern, da bereits Spielsachen und ein Bollerwagen für den Strand vorhanden sind- Zudem ist der Garten eingezäunt. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Strand.
