Renovated holiday home in Villaparc Duynopgangh for 6 people, near the beach

Welcome to Eilandje 33, our vacation home in Julianadorp aan Zee. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and modernly furnished. It is located in the "Villaparc Duynopgangh", just 500 m from the extensive beach. The property covers 400 square meters with a living area of 120 square meters.
The ground floor impresses with a kitchen with the latest equipment and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired (refrigerator and triple freezer combination, dishwasher, baking / grill oven, induction cooker, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, hand blender, hand mixer and much more). This is followed by a cozy living-dining room with a spacious table and an inviting seating area. In addition, a guest toilet and a separate shower room are available on this floor.

The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom. The largest of the 3 bedrooms has a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a cot. There is another bedroom with a 1.80 mx 2 m double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds each 90 cm x 2 m. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function.

You can access another storage room via an external access. There is a washing machine, a handcart, beach toys, a beach shell and a Weber electric grill (open fires are not allowed in this settlement due to the thatched roofs).

From the living-dining area you can easily reach the garden via a patio door. This is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol. Here you can enjoy your breakfast and end the day in the evening sun. In front of our house you have a clear view of the fields and dunes with the lighthouse in the background. Our fenced property is located in a cul-de-sac at the end of the park, so that your children can play carefree on the way.

WLAN, internet radio / CD, TV with German channels (ARD, ZDF, WDR, NDR, RTL, Sat 1, Arte), Blueray / DVD player are available.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is also prohibited in the house.

The arrival day is Friday from 3 p.m.
