Unit 405 has been recently redecorated. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. Both baths feature cultured marble bath and shower walls and vanity tops. Living room amenities include a home theater sound system with I Pod/MP3 connection. This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #405 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom 32' TV, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom 24' TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room 42' TV. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony.

Great time in Destin
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Islander in unit 405 with our two small children. It was the perfect size and distance from the pools and beach. The unit was clean and everything worked great. Having the beach chairs/umbrella was perfect for trips down the beach but our kids were just fine hanging in the pool too. It was nice to have both options.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can’t beat the location! Just about a mile and a half away from Target and Winn Dixie, and plenty of good restaurants are within a short driving distance. I would definitely stay at The Islander again.
