Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were less then pleased with the unit that you stayed in. We will make sure to reach out to the Owner's and give some recommendations for our future guest bookings. We do try our best to make sure that our guest feel at home when they come to visit us and we want to be sure that they are comfortable. We do apologize for the condition of the property but our common area cleaner tries to stay on top of things as much as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over mechanical issues when it comes to the elevator but we have been working very hard to get this issue sorted out. We hope that you will consider being a guest of ours in the future.
