The Islander 514 Million-dollar views! Complimentary Beach (Seasonally) & WD

Look no further, Islander Condo #514 is PARADISE with an updated, modern, and inviting floor plan with unbelievable sunset, lake, Destin Pass, and Gulf views from your private balcony. This Platinum Plus Unit sleeps up to 6 people (king in the master, queen in guest, and king sleeper sofa in living room) and has every amenity to make this your home-away-from-home, including your own new WASHER/DRYER in the master bathroom. Destin's Beach, your choice of two pools, hot tubs, grills, and outdoor games are just steps away. Our beach is private and only accessed through Islander wrist bands. This means no struggling for parking and plenty of beach space. Also, no need to lug chairs as 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are complementary!

The renovated kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops, and one of the few units with the fridge against the outside wall—giving an open view to Lake Christina, Destin Pass, and the Gulf. The kitchen has all you need to prepare amazing meals. The dining room table seats 6. Relax in the open and comfy living area with new furniture and a new 65” Smart TV (with a Streaming Blue Ray Player and digital cable access). The new sleeper sofa is extremely comfortable, as is the swivel rocker to watch TV, gaze at the ocean, or watch the boats go by in Destin Pass.

The updated master bedroom boasts a modern king size bed, comfortable mattress/bedding, plantation shutters, and a new 55” Smart TV and cable. The bathroom has a new vanity with granite countertops, LED lighted mirror, and a walk-in shower, as well as a new WASHER/DRYER. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, as well as a 55” Smart TV and cable. The guest bathroom was updated with a new vanity, LED lighted mirror, and new bath/shower.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the Destin Pass, one of our breathtaking sunsets, and weekly fireworks from Destin Harbor.

• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted.

Complimentary Beach Amenity: You will enjoy Destin's emerald green waters and sun bathing in Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella during your stay on Islander’s private beach. Attendants are on duty beginning March 1- October 31, 8am-5pm. Experienced Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

It was the first condo in Destin where we have stayed that was not beachfront, so we were a bit uncertain, however this is now our favorite! The westerly view was perfect for relaxing with a view of the beautiful sunsets! It felt more private! We all loved the exposed concrete floors also! The condo layout and furnishings met our needs perfectly.

The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The property was very well maintained and the staff friendly. Having the beach chairs included was a huge bonus. I brought my 2 teenage sons for Spring Break and we all had a great, relaxing vacation. Only complaint is the basketball goal is very old and broken down, but that is a property issue and does not reflect on the condo itself
