Situated in the perfect place for exploring the old Lincolnshire airfields, touring the Wolds and visiting the east coast. It is also ideally located behind the local pub!. All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: 50" Smart TV, Electric Fire

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 32" Smart TV Ensuite: Heated Towel Rail, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. State of the art climate control air conditioning system in lounge and bedroom which provides heat and cooling, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden. 3-acre grounds with sitting-out area. Private parking for 1 one car. No smoking.. Set in the grounds of the owner’s pub which also has a touring site, this semi-detached, fully renovated July 2025, holiday property is ideal as a touring base for exploring the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, which is next door, home to Just Jane Lancaster Bomber. The cottage is located behind the public house, but a nice distance away to keep disturbance down. Food is served in the pub every day 5-8pm, and live music and karaoke are held on a regular basis.

The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 25 minutes away, or why not go inland to the Lincolnshire Wolds, where you can explore the Wolds villages and enjoy refreshment in the countryside pubs. The Georgian market town of Louth is about a 25 minute drive away, and Horncastle, which boasts, many antique shops is only 15 minutes away. There are good walks from the door, as well as good cycle routes throughout the area, and after a day exploring, the village pub is just 50 yds away for food and drink. Beach 17 miles. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

Had the most fantastic time.

Had the most fantastic time. It's a small little apartment but ideal for 2 people. The owners (Red Lion Pub) were extremely helpful. Unfortunately I was unwell with a bad back and leg and they went to the trouble to get me a comfy chair when having meals in the pub. The food was excellent and not expensive and the locals very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and we will most likely go back again.
