Tropea Holiday Home is the gateway to the old village : a treasure trove of rare beauty bursting with culture, history, elegant boutiques; a Mediterranean taste of typical cuisine appeal full-bodied wine of the native grape variety as well. Chrystal seawater touches lightly the Coast known as "Coast of Gods" from old Greek Myths of the past and legends.
The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building with elevator and enjoys a gorgeous marina view.
It consists of 1 bedroom (king sized bed )
1 toilette: a bathroom with shower. This room only is equipped with aircon and fan.

Adjacent Kitchen ( not all in one ) as we use to in Italy: large and bright leaving, this room is fully-equipped and guests may enjoy breakfast on a private balcony sharing a stunning sunset.
LOCATION : 5 minutes walk from the historic center but quite far from noisy nightlife
seaside is 10 minutes walk or 15 minutes driving; for those who prefer travelling by train : train station is 8 minutes walk from facility.
Parking is available in the same facility, or near facility ( on request)
TV , Wifi , electric solar curtains, windows with double glass , top fans, elecrtic rolle shutter, all confort are included.
AirCon free up to 1 KW .
Private toilette are recently restored according to substainability . Please have a look to any effort for planet .
Food and wine tour become an experience on request , and boat tour are extra tips as well.

Rooms, not an apartment

Pros: great location, fab view from balcony and has parking available.Cons: Aircon only in bedroom, en suite child-sized, kitchen/living room unusably hot, if rented as one bed apartment then it isn't a self contained unit - moving between the two requires using a communal corridor or leaving rooms unsecured.We left after 3 nights into a booked 7 night stay and found alternative accommodation nearby.

Dear guest, unfortunately In Italy we use aircon in bedroom only. We normally use to cook in the kitchen/living , this is why we don't use aircon there and it is clearly written. You rented an appartment of 90 square meters with separed rooms, private balcony , private toilette and great view , close to center. I know it is strange for you who are coming from different country, different habits and different weather conditions you didn't get used to. Thanks for your tips

Goed appartement, maar de airco doet het niet.

Contact en ontvangst waren goed. Op de foto's op vbro zijn er een koffiezetapparaat en airco te zien, echter de airco doet het niet en er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Ook was er 6 dagen geen wifi, daarna opgelost. De eigenares woont ook in hetzelfde appartement, echter dit was niet storend. Het appartement was verder goed, met een mooi uitzicht, vanaf het balkon. Ook de bedden waren goed.

Thank you for choosing us! As we have already told you about air-conditioning and coffe machine: these two equipments weren't selected in house appliances ; whereas wifi was selected as standard equipment . Let me suggest you to read better what the host provide for and what is not provided for despite photos. We advice you , sending messages on VRBO that we were renovating the apartment therefore we might have offered funs only ( they were selected ), for instance. Anyway I appreciate your review and hope to see you next year.
