The location...
The biggest benefit in staying in Villa Christos is it's location. Set in the exclusive and unpopulated corner of Anatoliko, Kassiopi, it combines the much wanted serenity of a secluded location with the convenience of having close proximity to Kassiopi's village centre and Kassiopi harbour. A prime spot and a rarity for a villa of Christos' size and luxury. After enjoying a relaxing meal down in the harbour, you can take a stroll back to the villa. Via a little-known path you can be back enjoying drinks by the pool in less than 5 minutes. A safe and easy journey, suitable for letting younger adults enjoy their first taste of freedom too without the worry of how they shall return. No need to worry though that your privacy and peace would be threatened being so close to all amenities. Thanks to the clever positioning of the villa combined with the acoustic effect from the nearby mountains and the sea, your holiday is as peaceful as a 'middle-of-nowhere' retreat without the hassle of driving everywhere. A local supermarket offers free delivery to the villa also. No car, designated driver or taxis needed.
A walking tour...
Entering the villas grounds you have the private pool to yyour left and outside dining table to your right.Just off the pool area on the left is the BBQ.
You enter the villa on the first floor, here you are greeted with the open plan living and dining area. On your left is the kitchen separated from the living area. It is fully equipped and has breakfast dining as well. On your left before entering kitchen there is the WC. From each room delightful sea views to soak up. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the Main Suite and downstairs to the further 3 bedrooms.
On the top floor is located the Main Suite which consists of the main bedroom with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to and an extra large en-suite bathroom with 3/4 sized shower , two sinks and a big step to bath with a wall to wall large window mirrored with panoramic view . The left side of the bedroom leads at an enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. The veranda is accesible also from the hall outside the bedroom so other guests can come and enjoy the space. The ground floor level has three bedrooms - one double and one twin which have doublesized veranda doors leading out to a side path back up to the pool area. The other twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well is at the back without direct outside access so very suitable for the very young guests.Both twin bedrooms can be made in to doubles and one of them is large enough for a third twin bed also.
The view...
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Christos is the unrivaled view. From anywhere you stand on or around the villa, you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. Whilst relaxing at the villa, take time to enjoy your backdrop over Kassiopi village, Ionian sea, winding coastline, Byzantium castle and the nearby highest moutain in Corfu- mount Pantokratas.

The pool...
The private pool area -with that fantastic view- is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life, day or night. Displays a huge marble table in which you can envisage morning coffees, ‘al-fresco’ dining (straight from the BBQ) and late night, night-caps happening at. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. We provide pool heating upon request, the cost is extra.


The space...
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The living area is a comfortable size for everyone to relax and there are lots of spots outside for both relaxing and enjoying some solitude as well enjoying some company. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.

Our personal favourite feature...
The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, en-suite and huge veranda. Top grade luxury and set apart from the other bedrooms, you truly feel like king of the castle. If you are lucky enough to sleep in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet. The master en-suite is enormous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge step-in bath with a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. The private veranda boasts a lovely comfy seating area with the best views Kassiopi has to offer. Big enough for all the company to enjoy .
