MINERVA HOLIDAYHOME - MIMOSA APARTMENT

The Minerva holidayhome holiday home is immersed in the greenery of a centuries-old olive grove, just a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Garda and just 200 meters from the historic center of Manerba del Garda. The structure is completely fenced and consists of 3 recently renovated apartments ( Iris , Mimosa and Gardenia ) very large and bright, all finely furnished in a modern style.

The Mimosa Apartment is on the mezzanine floor of about 70 square meters, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large living room and dining room with sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board. Small closet.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, moka, espresso machine, juicer, dishes and utensils.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit eigenem eingezÀunten Garten und Pool

Sehr schöne und helle Ferienwohnung. Der eingezĂ€unte Garten war perfekt fĂŒr unsere zwei Hunde. Unserer 6-jĂ€hrigen Tochter hat vor allem der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung Mimosa sehr empfehlen. Nur die breiten Schubladen in der KĂŒche waren etwas wackelig, vielleicht mĂŒssten hier die AuszĂŒge mal getauscht werden. Aber ansonsten war alles top!

Die Ferienwoche in gĂŒnstiger zentraler Lage befindet in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet mit zahlreichen GeschĂ€ften des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs in der NĂ€he. Der regelmĂ€ĂŸige Wochenmarkt ist nicht weit, ebenso ist eine Pizzeria in FußnĂ€he. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und ausreichend, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer als Bett jedoch eher unbequem. Toll sind der eigene Pool und der schöne Garten mit Sitzmöbeln und Sonnenliegen.

Perfect stay for our holiday!

The check-in was uncomplicated and the apartment was as beautiful as in the pictures! The host was always available and gave us really nice recommendations for local activities. The apartment had all we needed. It was very clean and even an airconditioner was installed. We loved the big balcony and garden with the wonderful olivetrees. All in all we definitely recommend this place!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral,alles was man braucht,kann man schnell zu Fuß erreichen,Restaurants,BĂ€cker usw.Dienstags Abend hatten wir den Nachtmarkt gleich um die Ecke und auch den Wochenmarkt.Nur den See muss man mit dem Auto anfahren,was fĂŒr uns aber kein Problem war,da man immer einen Parkplatz findet.Wohnung ist sauber hat einen Garten,wo man auch frĂŒhstĂŒcken konnte.

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wurden freunlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt; zum BĂ€cker, Fleischer und Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß nur drei Minuten. Parken ist kein Problem, die Schule gegenĂŒber stört auch nicht. Wir wĂŒrden gern wiederkommen.
