About this property

Armonia - Theater Home, with two parking spaces and beautiful lake view

The "Armonia" apartment is located in Tignale on the panoramic road that leads to the hamlet of Aer, about 7 km from Lake Garda. Renovated in 2015, it has been furnished with attention to detail and offers every comfort. With its three spacious rooms, it is ideal for a large family. From the terrace and large windows, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Guests have access to a large furnished terrace and two parking spaces. About 800 m away is the centre of Gardola, which can be reached on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. About 2 km away is the municipal swimming pool (free entry for our guests) and the Visitors' Centre. A few minutes by car or transfer (free for our clients) takes you to the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam".

The apartment is a four-room apartment of about 100 sqm and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Inside, there is a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a room with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, large terrace with spectacular lake view and two private parking spaces.

The apartment's comforts include a kitchen with 4 induction hobs and extractor, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine, toaster, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-fi, umbrella and sunbed.

Sports and health: Outdoor municipal swimming pool 2 km away, Tennis 500 m away, Mountain-Bike (rental possible at Tabaccheria Ferrero), excursions, nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurf and surf 7 km away at Tignale Port. Golf about 13 km away (at Golf Bogliaco).

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal in Gardola und das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung es war wieder wunderschön und alles war super vom Service über die Ausstattung bis zur Sauberkeit. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung und Frau Tononi gern weiter. Es wäre schön wenn man den Müll trennen soll wenn auch die Möglichkeit schon in der Wohnung vorhanden wäre.

Wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir hatten schöne, ruhige Urlaubstage. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Wohnung hält, was in der Ausschreibung beschrieben wird. Die Größe der FeWo ist so, dass man sich zu sechst nicht auf die Füße tritt. Eine schöne große Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen im Freien ein. Es gibt genug Stühle und einen großen Tisch. Die Küche und die beiden Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. In den Ort kommt man mit einem kleinen Spaziergang. Auch bekommt man alles, was man sich wünscht. Tolle Restaurant und Bars, eine Ölmühle, Verkostungen und jede Menge Ferienprogramm. Wir waren alle begeistert. Auch für unseren Hund war es eine schöne Umgebung. Die Betten im dritten Schlafzimmer sollten besser sein. Für Kinder okay, aber für unseren erwachsenen Sohn und dessen Frau nur bedingt geeignet. Vielleicht sollten man hier in ein großes neues Bett investieren. Ein zusätzliches Ablageregal wäre auch eine gute Idee, aber das wäre Luxus.

Schöner Urlaub in Tignale

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit moderner Austattung, viel Platz und großzügig, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, wunderschöne Terrasse mit spktakulärem Ausblick, zwei Parpkplätze, Lage perfekt zum Ort (in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man so braucht), viele Möbel auf der Terrasse, große Bäder, große Schränke, Waschmaschine vorhanden, sehr bequeme Betten - wir haben super gut geschlafen, schnelles WLAN und....nachts gab es ganz viele Glühwürmchen Wohnung recht hellhörig und schallt sehr, Filzgleiter an den Stühlen wären gut, ein paar Ablageregale mehr wären gut gewesen, wir haben einen Backofen und Toaster vermisst, ein Sofa mehr (vor allem für kühle Tage, wo man nicht draußen sitzen kann), fußkalt, wenn es kühler ist, nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, da Zugang über Treppe

Urlaub alles super, wahnsinniger Ausblick

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, leider hat das 3 Schlafzimmer kein Fenster. Super Ausstattung und hochwertig. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Vielleicht ist es möglich einen Toaster anzuschaffen. Der Sandwichmaker toastet nicht und dauert sehr lang.

Gigantischer Blick auf den See

Eine Woche mit vielfältigen Eindrücken, von aufregenden Bergwanderungen auf steilen Pfaden über entspannte Stunden auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, Sightseeing in den Dörfern bis zum spätsommerlichen Bad im Gardasee alles dabei. Gute Zeit, weil noch warm, aber kaum Betrieb im Ort und auf den Straßen. Alles 7n Allem eine sehr schöne Woche.

Eine wahnsinnig tolle Aussicht mit schöner, großer Terrasse

Die Aussicht ist einfach der Hit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt beeindruckenderweise über einen E-Herd mit Induktion, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichtoaster, Wasserkocher und sogar Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das ist echt "schick". Drei Schlafräume und 2 Bäder sind natürlich toll. Das große Bad hat einen phantastischen Duschbereich, ganz top. Wir haben einen Backofen sehr vermisst...bitte gerne gerne noch "aufrüsten". Das Bad war leider nicht so gesäubert... es lag noch eine Haarspange auf dem Boden, die Klobrille war nicht sauber und Haare waren im Bidet. Hab ich selber gemacht, dennoch war der erste Eindruck getrübt. Auch ist der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch, sobald jemand die Wohnung über Armonia bewohnt. Stühle schieben, Gespräche, etc ist sehr laut hörbar. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung...

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit Heizproblemen

Die Erreichbarkeit, sowie Hilfbereitschaft der Reboma-Mitarbeiter, Sie waren sehr bemüht Probleme zu beseitigen. Die tolle Aussicht und Lage zum Ort Vermieter sollten verpflichtet werden, nach langer Vermietpause alles technische zu testen, bevor Gäste anreisen. Bei 6 Personen evtl. ein zweiter Schlüsselbund, so dass man auch mal unabhängig voneinander etwas unternehmen kann.
