The Ground Floor:
The lounge has a large brown leather L shape settee, smart TV, coffee table, 2 windows letting in reat natural light and a wood burning stove. The dining area benefits from a wooden dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and plenty of kitchenware. Tumble drier in hall closet. Storage closet.
The First Floor:
The master bedroom offer guests a double bed, bedside unites, table lamps, built in wardrobe, chair, radio alarm clock and a dresser table with mirror. The twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a radio alarm clock. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside the property there is off-street private parking at the rear of the holiday home, additional parking at front. Secure bike shed. Seating and table. The holiday home has electric central heating throughout. Wi-Fi internet is included at no extra cost. There is a hair drier, an iron and board, travel cot (guests to provide own bedding) and highchair. Up to 2 dogs welcome at an additional cost. Dog bowls and towels provided.
Guests have access to the entire property. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.
2 Morlich Court benefits from being in a central location while being away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town of Aviemore. Within close walk of local amenities and great access to A9 heading both north and south.
A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands of Scotland, however, this is not a necessity. There is a bus stop heading on routes both north and south. Taxis operate 24 hours of the day.
