All rooms are on the same level. Delmhor 4 is a detached house.

Kitchen – modern kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils.

Dining area – table and chairs to seat 6.

Master bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, en suite shower room.

Second bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe.

Third bedroom – Twin beds, bed side cabinet.

Family bathroom – bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

Outside – front and back garden gardens have grass with patio area in back garden. There is a covered veranda at the front of the house with table and chairs for 4. There is a private driveway suitable for parking 2 cars. Please note: It is not permissible to charge electric vehicles at this holiday home.

The house is in a small cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

The house is heated throughout by central heating and there is an electric water heating system.

Wi-fi is provided at no extra cost.
