Great views of the Cairngorms from this 2-bedroom comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviemore. Within a short walk of local shops and a 15-minute walk of the town centre. Private on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. This 2-bedroom apartment has had a recent makeover, offering guests a comfortable, cosy and modern option when staying the Aviemore.

An open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with some of the best views in Aviemore, over the rooftops to the Cairngorm Mountains, has ample seating for 4 guests to relax and dine, a smart TV with Freeview channels and Bluetooth sound system for those wanting some chill out time inside away from the many attractions and places to visit in the Cairngorm National Park. The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine with dryer, kettle, toaster and plenty kitchenware. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside units with lamps, wardrobes and TVs. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is an iron and ironing board, clothes airing rack and hairdryer. Good Wi-Fi to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer is provided at no extra cost as well as on-site parking.

Located on the north side of Aviemore the apartment is in a quiet residential area. A grocery store, bike hire and chip shop are within a few minutes' walk and the town centre, with all its options of restaurants, café's bars, ski hire, bank and shops are a 15-minute walk. The apartment is within a 15-minute walk, or 3-minute taxi ride, from Aviemore train station or main bus stop from the north and south. Inverness is around a 35-minute drive. If arriving at Inverness airport we are able to arrange a private transfer directly to the apartment if requested in advance of arrival (an additional fee applies). All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags. House rules - No smoking, Not suitable for pets, No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor, accessed by stairs.

That view
Excellent apartment with a superb view across to the Cairngorm mountains. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. the location was quiet with parking next to the apartment. There were shops at the end of the road including a Co-op, cycle hire shop (which was excellent) and a chip shop and pizza takeaway. The main town was a 15 min walk and has a good selection of shops and cafes etc. There are loads of outdoor activities in town or just outside it and great hiking on the door step. Cant wait to return for 3rd visit.

Lovely apartment. Great stay in Aviemore
Really lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. It is clear a lot of effort has gone into thinking about their guests. Perfect for a holiday with 2 teenagers - 3 TV’s, good Wi-Fi, board games, 2 bathrooms. Fantastic views. A bit of a walk into town so we usually drove. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops in town. Within easy reach of great places to visit- Loch Ness, Highland Wildlife Park, Rothiemurchus etc. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful
The flat was wonderful and we couldn’t fault it. Clean, warm, well equipped, very pleasant with nice quality comfy beds and bedding. 2 bathrooms were very convenient and the whole flat was just high quality and nice to return to after our days out.

Great property
Second visit to the flat. This place is owned by people who care and take on board feedback of customers. Since last year they have installed a keybox with a light which made our entry much easier in the dark, on the back of feedback. Also lots of wee upgrades in flat to furnishings. Flat has everything you need including extra toilet paper and cleaning products to help when you arrive. Nice to drink out of "nice" glasses which are avaliable. Feels like you are staying at a friends flat not a rented one due to nice touches. Quiet area only 15min walk from centre. Definitely would recommend and we will be returning
