Just 1.5km from the centre of the village of Combloux and 7 minutes by car from Combloux or Megève ski slopes ("Princesse cable car"), this modern, very bright 125m² chalet will delight your stay with family or friends. In a quiet area with panoramic views of Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna.

The chalet is equipped with optical fiber, guaranteeing an optimum connection, ideal for teleworking.

Close to Chamonix (30min), Annecy (60min), Geneva (55min) and Courmayeur in Italy (50min), Combloux is a village resort ideally located for enjoying outdoor activities in the Mont Blanc region.
In winter, take advantage of the ski areas of "Evasion Mont-Blanc".
In summer, the biotope lake in the heart of the village of Combloux offers pure, natural water without any chemical treatment.

Total capacity of the chalet : 12 persons

The chalet is built on different half levels and can easily accommodate several families. The bedrooms (except dormitory) and living rooms are all offering a Mont Blanc view.

The chalet is composed of :

Ground floor : fully equipped open kitchen with dining and living area

Lower half level : 1 dormitory room with 4 bunk beds, 1 relaxation room with sauna and large shower, 1 WC

Garden level : 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and terrace (1 queen-size double bed and 2 single beds), 1 WC

First floor: 1 large bedroom with queen size double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, 1WC, 1 TV lounge with sofa bed that offers good queen size bedding.

A heated garage equipped to store ski equipment, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete the facilities.

Baby bed (umbrella bed) and high chair are also available.
Garden and terrace with outdoor table, electric barbecue and deckchair.

Outdoor parking for minimum 3 cars is available.

The price includes the cleaning package, household linen (sheets, comforter cover and bath towel provided) and Wifi access with optical fiber.

Possibility of cleaning services during the stay and concierge services available, on request.

Animals are not allowed.

A perfect stay

Stunning home in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood with outstanding views of the mountains. Very comfortable house to live in. We were sad to leave but hope to return in the future.

6 adults (5 over 65). The views are great. Comfortable, clean, up to date house. Great showers and bathrooms. Lovely town and easy to access. Nice outdoor table for eating. One of our members left a backpack with travel documents when checking out. We were contacted quickly, thank goodness, which prevented a potential disaster.

la cuisine n est pas tres pratique vaisselle face au frigo

pour 12 personnes c'est un peu juste, une chambre avec canapé lit sans rien autour pour poser ses vètements et chambre à lits superposés inacessible avec l'échelle. Sans compter le rangement.

Beau chalet avec vue à couper le souffle

Très beau chalet (tout neuf). Vue exceptionnelle sur la chaâine des Aravis (dont le Mont-Blanc). Très bien situé : A 15 minutes maximum de tout : - Activités ((lacs, plan d'eau, randonnée...) - Courses.... Très calme. Sauf à la moitié du séjour car des vaches ont été placées juste devant avec des cloches à leurs cous. => C'était un peu compliqué la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Il aurait bien d'avoir des transats pour se mettre sous l'arbre à la fin de journée.

Beau chalet avec vue magnifique

Chalet récent, très beau avec une magnifique vue sur le mont blanc et les montagnes avoisinantes. Très bon chauffage. Nous étions 5 adultes et 7 enfants, et le frigo et congélateur sont un peu petits pour 12 . Sur la baignoire à l'étage un pare douche ou un rideau serait souhaitable. Mais gardons un excellent souvenir de notre hébergement.

Awesome place to be

Looking for a lovely spot facing the Mont Blanc? Being able to have a spacious and luxurious chalet? Look no further as this is the place to be. Do know it is accessible via a well prepared mountain road but with snow it can be tricky. But, with snow, the roads are cleaned in early morning (and using snow chains on the car, it is accessible). Overall score is great!

Chalet neuf avec vue sublime

Le chalet offre de très belles prestations, avec tout le confort moderne . Pour moi, le tarif est justifié. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Accès facile et garage pratique hiver ( skis) comme été (VTT) . L’environnement est calme, la vue sur le mont blanc assis sur le canapé magique. Nous reviendrons à combloux .
